[ENG/ESP] Between work and home, small routines that bring joy
I wish you all a happy and productive day, full of energy and good times. Mine will be quite busy today, as I have to go back to Sunsol Ecoland. They recently filled the main tank there, and the chlorination and disinfection process needs to be carried out again. It's a task that requires patience and care, because the quality of the water used on site depends on that tank. Tomorrow I will tell you how my day's work went, hoping that everything goes well and is left spotless.
But first, as always, I want to share a little bit of my day yesterday with you. Although it was a simple day, it was full of unforgettable moments, comfortable and happy tasks, both outside and inside the house. Routine, when lived with great emotion, becomes a source of joy.
We left home early to go to Sunsol Unik, just to deliver some documents. It was a hot day, with bright sunshine illuminating every corner of the road. That light inspired me to take some photos, because I always like to capture those moments that seem simple but convey beauty.
Les deseo un feliz y productivo día a todos, lleno de energía y buenos momentos. El mío hoy será de bastante trabajo, pues debo volver a Sunsol Ecoland. Allí recientemente llenaron el tanque principal y es necesario realizar nuevamente el proceso de cloración y desinfección. Es una tarea que requiere paciencia y cuidado, porque de ese tanque depende la calidad del agua que se utiliza en el lugar. Mañana les contaré cómo fue mi jornada de faena, con la esperanza de que todo salga bien y quede impecable.
Pero antes quiero compartirles, como siempre, un pedacito de mi día de ayer. Aunque fue un día simple, estuvo lleno de momentos inolvidables, de labores cómodas y felices, tanto fuera como dentro de casa. La rutina, cuando se vive con gran emoción, se convierte en una fuente de alegría.
Salimos temprano de casa rumbo a Sunsol Unik, únicamente para entregar una documentación. El día estaba caluroso, con un sol radiante que iluminaba cada rincón del camino. Esa luz me inspiró a tomar algunas fotos, porque siempre me gusta capturar esos instantes que parecen sencillos pero que transmiten belleza.
When we arrived at the hotel, everything went quite quickly: we handed over a quote and an invoice. There were no more tasks to do away from home, so we set off on our return journey with the peace of mind of having fulfilled our obligations.
Al llegar al hotel, todo fue bastante rápido; entregar un presupuesto y una factura. No había más tareas pendientes fuera de casa, así que emprendimos el camino de regreso con la tranquilidad de haber cumplido.
Back home, as always, there were things to do. My husband, with his enthusiasm and perseverance, set about continuing to fix the car. He has set himself the goal of getting it running in three days, and watching him work with his tools fills me with admiration. He is an example of perseverance and how small projects can also bring satisfaction.
Ya en casa, como siempre, había cosas por hacer. Mi esposo, con su entusiasmo y constancia, se dedicó a continuar arreglando el carro. Se ha puesto como meta ponerlo a rodar en tres días, y verlo trabajar con sus herramientas me llena de admiración. Es un ejemplo de perseverancia y de cómo los pequeños proyectos también traen satisfacción.
Meanwhile, I took care of our birds. The little ones are growing day by day, and the big ones remain very productive and healthy. It is a joy to see how every morning they give us between ten and eleven eggs. We usually collect some eggs early in the morning when they are fed, and in the afternoon there are always more. This routine of caring for the chickens and collecting their eggs connects me with nature and reminds me of the importance of appreciating what we have.
Mientras tanto, yo me ocupé de nuestras aves. Las pequeñas están creciendo día a día, y las grandes se mantienen muy productivas y saludables. Es una alegría ver cómo cada mañana nos regalan entre diez y once posturas. Generalmente recogemos algunos huevos temprano, cuando se les da alimento, y en la tarde siempre aparecen más. Esa rutina de cuidar a las gallinas y recoger sus frutos me conecta con la naturaleza y me recuerda la importancia de valorar lo que tenemos.
After finishing with the birds, I went to water the plants. Among them is a small soursop tree that was recently replanted. Soursop is a fruit that we really like at home, and although we have a very productive plant, that's the only one we have. That's why I want to give it some company and ensure that we can enjoy more fruit in the future. Caring for plants is like caring for dreams; they are planted with hope and watered with perseverance.
Después de terminar con las aves, fui a regar las plantas. Entre ellas está una pequeña de anón que fue resembrada en estos días. El anón es una fruta que nos gusta mucho en casa, y aunque tenemos una planta muy productiva, solo contamos con esa. Por eso quiero darle compañía y asegurar que podamos disfrutar de más frutos en el futuro. Cuidar las plantas es como cuidar sueños; se siembran con esperanza y se riegan con constancia.
That's how my day went, between work and home, with pleasant tasks that, although simple, fill me with satisfaction. Every activity, from delivering a document to collecting eggs or watering a plant, has its own value. It's not about big events, but how we experience them. Life is made up of those little moments that, in the end, build memories and teach us to be grateful.

La vida se compone de esos pequeños momentos que, al final, construyen recuerdos y nos enseñan a ser agradecidos.
