It sounds like you two had a great time there, at least you were still able to walk after the brewery! lol That tequila is expensive, that anejo had better pretty amazing for that price! I like lighter options in summer too, then again after so many years in the Caribbean I've always been partial to light beach beer like Corona... Interesting that is was a classy joint, but maybe there aren't that many choices in town.
You chose a great time of year to be there, and that's a beautiful view of Canada! Sounds like a great camping trip, really not roughing it at all. My definition of a great camping trip! I wouldn't do well sleeping on the hard ground anymore, I'm not as young as I once was. Too many years in the military and athletics have taken their toll on the old body! lol
Any big plans for this coming weekend? I know it's father's day but you guys don't have kids so you can pretty much do whatever you want!
We started in a tent, but it wasn't long we decided if we were going to keep doing it we would get a trailer. I didn't really even look at the liquor. I haven't been able to figure out if it is their own brand or if they are sourcing it from somewhere. It was technically only two beers if you figure a 16 oz pour, but those craft beers can have a high ABV sometimes! We are actually going to be babysitting this weekend, so it should be fun. How about you?
