Over the past few months and to be precise since late February I have not done many business related posts as we have been preoccupied. I won't go into all the details as even though we won the second court case today with the judge ruling in our favor having also won the first for costs and damages there will no doubt be an appeal which is already moving forward.

The appeal will go the same way as the first and these crooked people will pay for the damages they have caused. The ruling works on a scale and there costs are regarded as "severe" which is the highest cost awarded. The damages will be revealed at the appeal and let us hope they are also on the "severe" scale. We at no point broke the law and as frustrating as this was had to let the process play out as it happened.

The business is still thriving even though they have done everything in their power to shut it down so they can steal the business for themselves. This is how they operate and is their modus operandi and this time they did not win due to how well connected we are. Don't mess with my business or family or you will end up in a box and is the truth. I think most of us have got this in us when pushed far enough as part of our survival instincts.

It started off with intimidation by someone they use as their front man and is meant to be the tough guy. He is from the underworld and is still dangerous even though he is five foot five and in his sixties and was like a dwarf when standing up to me which actually made me laugh in his face. I was only wary of him because I knew he was carrying and I had to restrain myself from losing it. There were threats shouted towards myself and family which we took these seriously so I did what anyone else would do and hired some bodyguards who also happened to be mercenaries we knew via someone else. Their costs will be covered as expenses so it was money well spent. It turns out I know their boss who served with me at the special forces base in Durban so this is a very small world.

Drones were used by them for surveillance which was a first for me and the only reason these were not shot down is we had no intention of breaking the law. We were even followed and took someone on a joy ride before I lost them. These types of tactics were designed as pure intimidation and they never succeeded.

It was actually quite funny as I contacted someone who I know who is part of the genuine underworld in order to get more information on the individuals involved. We were even threatened by the crooked cops who were on their books and why we could not lay charges at this particular police station.

The most satisfying part about todays judgement is that these individuals that broke the law are in for costs and damaged on a persona level so it directly affects their pockets and not the company they were representing. This was done on purpose once the big company agreed to abide by the court ruling with the first court case so left them exposed for the second case which we duly went ahead with and have now won.

The beauty about what happened if you can even call it that was this lot were so arrogant and had no idea we had all the evidence chronologically recorded as it happened which then questioned their own testimony which they contradicted each other. Video recordings after being told we were recording helped bring out the best in them and they fell for it hook line and sinker.

Tomorrow will be the first day in over 4 months that we can continue doing business without looking over our shoulders. There have been some extreme measures we have done since late February which i cannot discuss as this is what kept the business alive. I will fill you all in once this case has been put to bed as what I have revealed today is only a fraction of what has taken place and reveals nothing.
