Most interestingly, it has an incredible history, and it will be up to your imagination to confirm its veracity. Angra do Heroísmo, located on Terceira Island in the middle of the Atlantic, offers many trails. While it is not a destination focused on urban tourism or visiting museums, it is the perfect paradise for nature lovers like me📍🗺️

Te levantas a las 5:00 a. m. y seguramente serás el primero en completarlo. Mucha gente le tiene miedo al sendero por el nombre: «Misterios Negros», y, en realidad, ¡casi todas las personas que vi que iban a empezar cuando yo había terminado estaban acompañadas! O estoy loco o tengo coraje, jeje.🚩🏔️
Since this is the most visited trail on the island, it is incredibly popular! How do you avoid all that crowd? Easy... Get up at 5 a.m. and you will probably be the first one to complete it. Many people are afraid of the trail because of its name, "Black Mysteries." In fact, almost everyone I saw starting just as I finished was accompanied by someone! The trail is difficult; a minimum level of physical fitness and hiking experience are highly recommended. There are many areas where you can easily twist an ankle—or worse, slip—if you are not used to navigating uneven terrain. You will climb to a maximum altitude of 650 meters. It is a circular trail, meaning you return to the starting point. It takes about 3 hours on average if you go fast and do not stop much. It took me 4 hours because I was filming. Nature here is amazing; it reminds us how small we are in such a giant world. These trees, endemic to the island, make the trail unique in the entire world, especially with their labyrinth of roots. My feet were so sore afterward—haha, there are just a lot of rocks!🚙🏞️

We left the forest, and this is the easiest part of the trail; now we walk 1 km along the road. The landscape changes, and we see mountains, green scenery, and lots of moss and bushes. Honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed the trail. I don't usually repeat trails, but I would do this one again without hesitation—perhaps in the summer when the light gives it a special touch.🗺️🌋
