My first international trip with a lovely memory😍🥂

Hello friends! I hope you are all healthy, doing well, and living your lives in peace and happiness. I am posting after quite a long time, and there are several reasons for this that I’d like to share with you. First, for the past few months, I didn't have a phone; mine had broken down, and I didn't have the funds to buy a new one immediately. I decided that instead of repeatedly buying cheap phones, it would be better to save up and get a good one. Another reason is that I wasn't in India during this period. I had always dreamed of seeing the world outside—specifically, what life is like abroad—so I traveled to Doha. My friend's sister-in-law (whom we call Bhabhi) lives there. Since they had gotten married just a few months prior—and I plan to share details about their wedding in future posts—they were initially at home but moved to Doha in mid-June for work. We decided to join them for the trip, so off we went. It wasn't a very long trip; we stayed for about a week. We didn't linger there for long and returned right after dropping them off, as our office schedules don't allow for extended vacations. We actually headed back the very next day after dropping them off. So, let me tell you all about the journey...

Friends, I usually document my journeys through photos right from the start to show what the trip was like and where I went. However, on this occasion, I didn't have a phone with me when we set out; since I don't rely heavily on a phone for my daily tasks, I hadn't felt the need for one. I decided I would simply buy a new phone at my destination, as phones are often cheaper abroad compared to India—where taxes drive up the price. So, we left home heading for the international airport, which is about 400–500 kilometers away. We started our journey from our home in the mountains early in the day because our flight was scheduled for the following morning. We traveled to Delhi and reached the international airport, but since our flight wasn't until 6:00 AM the next day, we stayed at a friend's place for the night. He is a close friend to all of us—not just me—and his family hosted us; it had been a long time since we last met, and he had come along to see us off. The next morning, we took our flight to Doha, the capital of Qatar. According to Google, the distance from our international airport to Doha is roughly 2,500–2,600 kilometers, and the journey took us about four to five hours. It was a pleasant trip. After arriving, we rested a bit before heading to our hotel, which offered a truly magnificent view.

While exploring the area, we saw many large buildings and beautiful sights; the city itself appeared quite clean and well-maintained. We wandered around the vicinity and had dinner there. Since our flight was scheduled for the very next day, we didn't stay long—just about two days in total. We couldn't explore extensively or see much of the city, but I will share details in a future post about where we went the next day and tell you more about the city. Thank you.
