I came here once to get away from Barcelona; I came here for a lecture by Lain García Calvo; and I’ve come here once again to escape Menorca. But… you know what? Being here, I’ve realized that I wasn’t looking to escape—I was actually looking forward to being in Sitges. I chose Sitges; I chose this coast again—that silhouette of the chapel standing out in the distance, telling us that this isn’t just another place, but a place brimming with culture and diversity.

🥈 Tranquility in the Valley: Kömüs Waterfall, Bitlis, Türkiye by @tht

The waterfall is located below the road, and reaching it requires descending approximately 35 meters. The path is quite steep, making it challenging for someone unaccustomed to such terrain. After descending, it's possible to cross to the other side if desired. This again requires skill and experience. Climbing the rock is necessary to cross to the other side without touching the water.

Old windows, shutters and balconies were another element that caught the eye — or at least mine. I don’t know how it is for you, but when I’m on holiday, I pay a lot of attention to details like these. You can often spot different stories in them, and sometimes even get a glimpse of the residents’ personal tastes.
