🥇 Our Second Day in Hamburg by @rebet

Hello everyone. I actually started writing about our second day in Hamburg a while ago, but due to a busy schedule I couldn't share it until now. On our second day we slept in and turned on full lazy mode, waiting for the weather to warm up a bit. Once we finally got up, we headed to the city center and got off at Hauptbahnhof Nord. It turned out that the day before, we hadn’t even set foot in the main area where all the canals and ports are. In other words I had completely missed the most iconic spot of these famous canals and harbors on our first day. I had actually marked it on the map the previous day and was heading right toward it. But I fell victim to the navigation and passed right by it without noticing. We stepped onto a promenade near the train station. Along the way, we encountered the classic shops you see everywhere. McDonald's, Primark, shoe stores, Mango and denim shops.

🥈 Hiking trails, natural pools, waterfalls and mountain villages in northern Portugal by @digi-me

A visit to the Paneda-Gerês National Park was one of the best excursions I did on my ten day visit to Porto. This park covers 270 square miles of forrest, mountains, rivers and waterfalls. The park, which is the only national park in Portugal, is located in the north-east corner, bordering Spain. When the park was established, there were villages in the mountains. These villages are still inhabited. If you are lucky you might encounter wildlife like wild horses and even wolves. There are more than a hundred trails to choose from. You can do day trips or multiday hikes. The variaty of trails are vast. But, the most popular are the trails that lead to waterfalls and river pools with crystal-clear water. I joined a tour with a guide, which was probably the best choice for me.

🥉 Hiking, new trails and a viewpoint overlooking the sky beyond the sun 📷 Málaga – Spain by @avdesing

Green spaces, woodland parks and botanical gardens are like giant lungs that breathe life into every human being, and visiting them transforms a simple walk into a sublime and extraordinary experience.
