🥇 Our last day in Gdańsk by @rebet

Our last morning in Gdańsk was a bit cloudy. It wasn't too windy, but we could feel it. We planned to see every single corner of the city center. Also we wanted to hit the mall, but we didn't buy much food since we were leaving for Hamburg. We had a morning flight. We had bought our tickets from Ryanair. Actually, it might have been easier if we were returning by train. But with the plane, we had to restrict everything. We bought Soplica, a local liqueur for our friends here. It was actually sold at Duty free too. Some varieties of this liqueur can also be found in markets in Germany.

🥈 Exploring Manta and Ciudad Alfaro in Montecristi - The Ecuador diary / Descubriendo Manta y Ciudad Alfaro en Montecristi - El diario de Ecuador by @sofathana

I was already in the final stretch of my trip through Ecuador, and after a short stay in Montañita, I headed to another coastal town, the city of Manta. I stayed there for a couple of days as well and got to see some interesting places, which I’ll show you below. I arrived by bus at noon, found an affordable hotel near the terminal, and immediately went for a walk around the area, near the sea.

I’m stopping by to share my latest family outing—one of the best of 2026—visiting the Waraira Repano Cable Car System. The cable car system is a mode of transportation that uses cabins to take passengers from Venezuela’s capital city (Caracas) up to the highest point of the mountain most significant to all residents of Caracas, formerly known as “El Avila.”
