🥇 Ulm Part I: A Palace for Books - Wiblingen Monastery Library by @yugadi

Last month, I was privileged (yes, privileged) enough to walk into what I’m now almost certain is the most breathtakingly beautiful library in the entire universe, 'Der Bibliothekssaal des Klosters Wiblingen' (I swear the name sounds so much cooler and serious in German) or in plain English - The Library Hall of Wiblingen Abbey (See? English just ruined it). I’m a hard-core book lover, the kind of person who feels relaxed just by passing by a bookshelf. I’ve been to my fair share of libraries in my lifetime. Old libraries, new libraries, cramped libraries that smelled like dust and dreams. I don’t like to pick favorites, because honestly, how do you choose between temples of books? But Wiblingen Monastery Library? It didn’t just become a favorite, it ruined me for all others.

🥈 Una ruta, dos destinos (ESP/ENG) by @arteyviajes

Hello, hello, travel community! A while ago, I took this trip where I was able to enjoy a relaxing day in two different places. If you're from Barquisimeto or the surrounding areas, or if you ever decide to come and explore Venezuela, this route is a great way to see two destinations in one day. Let's go! Our route began with a destination to the town of Sanare, located in the Andrés Eloy Blanco municipality of Lara state, Venezuela. This was one of those impromptu trips. It was a holiday, so we decided not to stay at home and set off to make the most of it.

Happy midweek, everyone! Today's walk reminded me how much I enjoyed exploring Spain, the country that was my first introduction to the European continent. But this time, I wasn't wandering the streets of Granada or Madrid; we were in Rome, Italy. My wife, another couple, and I went for a walk to explore the city, and without a doubt, the entire route to the Spanish Steps (Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti) was an area where, for the first time on this trip, I began to reflect on and compare what I had experienced in both countries. For example, the first photo above is of the Spanish Palace in Rome.
