Hoy les comparto una aventura en la playa de San Luis, en la zona conocida como playa Gaby. Es la primera vez que visito esta playa y pasé varias horas sentado en la arena, observando y disfrutando de la brisa marina para relajarme. Esta semana ha sido intensa, con muchas actividades y bastante estrés, así que decidí tomarme un tiempo e ir a la playa. No para nadar, solo quería caminar, despejar la mente y admirar la belleza de la naturaleza. Visitar este lugar fue la mejor decisión para relajarme, aclarar mis pensamientos y liberar el estrés acumulado. Es increíble cómo las rutinas diarias en casa y en el trabajo pueden causar estrés. Afortunadamente, existen entornos naturales que nos ayudan a liberar tensiones y recargar energías.
Crecí en el campo, rodeada de naturaleza, ríos y playas cercanas, por eso me encanta visitar estos lugares. Además de recordarme mi infancia, me ayudan a escapar de la rutina de la ciudad y conectar con la naturaleza. El simple acto de disfrutar de la brisa marina y escuchar el sonido de las olas es un regalo maravilloso y una gran oportunidad para contemplar la hermosa Creación que nos ofrece paisajes encantadores cada día, que a veces pasan desapercibidos debido al ajetreo de nuestra vida cotidiana.
A la entrada de esta zona, hay un columpio de madera con el logo de Gaby Beach. A su alrededor, hay varios toldos con sillas y palmeras con carteles que invitan al público a mantener la playa limpia. Uno de ellos dice, entre otros: «No tires basura, no contamines». Me gustó la cantidad de palmeras en esta playa; se ven muy bonitas y, en los próximos días, seguramente darán deliciosos cocos. La vista es hermosa y única.

Today I'm sharing an adventure at San Luis beach, in an area called Gaby beach. It was my first time seeing this beach, and I spent several hours sitting on the sand, observing and enjoying the sea breeze to relax. This week has been intense with many activities and a lot of stress, so I decided to take some time and go to the beach. Not to swim, I just wanted to walk, clear my mind, and admire the beauty of nature. Visiting this place was the best decision to relax, clear my thoughts, and release accumulated stress. It's incredible how the routines we have to do daily at home and at work can cause stress. Fortunately, there are natural environments that help us release tension and recharge our energy.
I grew up in the countryside surrounded by nature, rivers, and nearby beaches, which is why I love visiting these places. Besides reminding me of my childhood, they help me escape the city routine and connect with nature. The simple act of enjoying the sea breeze and listening to the sound of the waves is a wonderful gift and a great opportunity to contemplate the beautiful creation that offers us lovely landscapes every day, which sometimes go unnoticed because of the rush of our daily lives.
At the entrance to this area, there is a wooden swing with the Gaby Beach logo. Around it are several awnings with chairs and several palm trees with signs inviting the public to keep the beach clean. One of them says "Don't litter, don't pollute," among others. I liked the number of palm trees on this beach; they look very beautiful, and in the coming days, they should be producing delicious coconuts. The view is beautiful and unique.
Durante mi estancia en la playa, se estaba disputando un partido de vóley playa. Es uno de mis deportes favoritos, así que me tomé un tiempo para observarlo con calma y tranquilidad. La idea era despejar la mente, y sin duda lo conseguí. El paisaje marino, el partido de vóley playa y la agradable temperatura del día fueron los elementos perfectos que se combinaron para que mi visita a la playa fuera lo más placentera posible. During my time at the beach, a beach volleyball game was taking place. It's one of my favorite sports, so I took the time to watch it calmly and peacefully. The idea was to clear my mind, and I certainly achieved that. The seascape, the volleyball game, and the pleasant temperature of the day were the perfect elements that combined to make my visit to the beach as enjoyable as possible. It also gave me the opportunity to discover and visit a place I had never seen before. The beach is marked with netting and offers chair and umbrella rentals to its visitors. These are located in different areas along the shore, near the sea grape trees, which, as I've mentioned in other posts, are abundant in this area of San Luis beach.
There are several sea grape trees that I could see during my walk along this beach, of different sizes and varied shapes, and most of them have branches that are used for sitting. These trees have adapted very well to the beach ecosystem and have the particularity of taking shapes in their branches and trunks where people can place their backpacks, utensils, among other things.
Además de las cabañas y toldos en alquiler, hay una cabaña grande donde se puede preparar la comida. Me impresionó ver esta cabaña grande 🛖. Tiene mesas de concreto donde se colocan los utensilios para preparar la comida. La arena de la playa se veía muy limpia y suave para caminar. Al acercarse el atardecer, el cielo se tiñó de hermosos colores y se podían ver algunas palmeras y uvas de mar. También vi varias plantas de Tamarindo. Después de terminar el partido de vóley playa, me dirigí hacia los senderos de concreto, que están bordeados de árboles, y tomé el camino hacia otra parte de la playa. In addition to the huts and awnings for rent, there's a large hut or cabin where you can prepare food. I was impressed to see this large hut 🛖. It has concrete tables where you place the utensils used for food preparation. The beach sand looked very clean and soft for a walk. As sunset approached, the sky painted its beautiful hues, and you can see some palm trees and sea grape trees. I also noticed several tamarind plants. After finishing the beach volleyball game, I headed towards the concrete walkways, which are lined with trees, and took the route to another part of the beach.
