Caminata matutina en el sector "Los Mangles", Cumaná [Esp-Eng]
Esta vez les comparto mi visita a la avenida perimetral conocida como Cristóbal Colón, específicamente a una de sus secciones, Cacique Maragüey. Se ubica a lo largo de la franja costera, y el camino que lleva al sector Caigüire cuenta con un paseo marítimo y áreas de ejercicio. Visité el sector Los Mangles, junto a la playa.
Al comenzar mi caminata, encontré una hermosa flor rosa, y según un residente, es un tipo de jacinto de agua que suele crecer en ambientes marinos. Se adapta muy bien a este ecosistema, especialmente a la sal. Luego, hay una formación de rocas de piedra caliza coralina en el borde de la playa, y una vista del malecón y la franja costera de la zona. Además de esta área, hay otras donde se ubican complejos residenciales, escuelas, tiendas y otros negocios. Continuando mi paseo por la playa, vi el sendero rocoso, que es uno de los lugares más populares para observar cangrejos y otros animales marinos. A esa hora del día, la playa se veía tranquila y de un hermoso color azul similar al del cielo. Había pocas nubes, por lo que el tiempo era perfecto para dar un paseo.
This time I'm sharing my visit to the perimeter avenue known as Cristóbal Colón, specifically to one of its sections, Cacique Maraguey. It's located along the coastal strip, and the road leading to the Caigüire sector has a walkway and exercise areas. I visited the Los Mangles sector, along the beach.
Starting my walk, I found a beautiful pink flower, and according to one of the residents, it's a type of water hyacinth that typically grows in marine environments. It adapts very well to this ecosystem, especially to the salt. Then there's a formation of coral limestone rocks at the edge of the beach, and a view of the boardwalk and the coastal strip of the area. Besides this area, there are others where residential complexes, schools, shops, and other businesses are located. Continuing my walk along the beach, I saw the rock walkway, which is one of the most popular spots for observing crabs and other marine animals. At this time of day, the beach looked calm and a beautiful blue color similar to the sky. There were few clouds, making the weather perfect for a walk.
Tras caminar por el sendero de cemento, bajé a la playa. Las olas eran suaves, rozando algunos troncos y rocas en la orilla. Me senté un rato, contemplando el hermoso paisaje marino y una vista parcial de la península de Paria, una especie de montaña que emerge del mar.

After my walk along the concrete path, I descended to the beach. The waves were gentle, lapping against some logs and rocks along the edge. I sat for a while, observing the beautiful seascape and a partial view of the Paria Peninsula, a sort of mountain rising from the sea.
The coastal strip in this part of the city is known for its beautiful scenery, especially the sunsets, which are among the most beautiful in the capital city of Sucre state. Many people gather here to watch the sun set and admire the stunning landscapes. The beach is bordered by a walkway of rocks and stones that allows visitors to get a close look at the water, feel the waves, and for marine wildlife enthusiasts, there's a good chance of spotting crabs, fish, and other lesser-known marine species.

The view of the sea is beautiful; the water looks calm and invites you to relax amidst this beautiful landscape that combines various shades of blue with white clouds, creating a stunning contrast.
Then I moved on to the boat area. Here there are also rocks to sit on and sea grape trees. These trees, as I've mentioned in other posts, are common on different beaches in the city, such as the San Luis area, where several sea grape trees are located. This area is no exception, as there are also several of these plants, though fewer than in the San Luis area. The boat rests at the water's edge; it's white and blue and appears to be undergoing maintenance and painting. Next, we have the view of a beautiful rock on the shore with limestone and coral formations. Finally, a view of the beach and the rock and concrete walkway where I finished the trail. The walk was a lovely adventure, observing the seascape in the morning rush. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
