I got off at the nearest electric train station and walked about a hundred metres. Soon after, I arrived at Urban Forest.
URBAN FOREST

This is an open green park that, upon entering, turned out to be a collection of restaurant tenants and others, such as a beauty clinic and even a playground, ranging from free to paid.
From the entrance, the decoration was unique, wasn't it? It was designed like a slanted frame, so when I entered, it felt like I was entering a new world, a world inside a frame. The atmosphere inside Urban Forest was as cool as I had expected. As soon as I entered, I saw a pond surrounded by tall aquatic plants as tall as me. There was a beautiful wooden walkway. I walked along it until I reached the main part of the park.

Once inside the area for meditation, it was clearly built with solid bricks. Even in this rain, it wasn't slippery. On the right and left were shady trees. There was one spot near the baobab tree where mirrors were deliberately installed on the tree trunk as an installation. This installation is called Prismatic Soulscape. With the philosophy: light and reflection guide one toward self-contemplation. Prismatic Soulscape embodies a serene space where gentle lights and mirrored glimmers reveal the journey, growth, and gratitude that illuminate life.

After continuing to walk along a path lined with shrubs and decorated with small flower-shaped lights that turn on at night, I finally found a more spacious area. Here, there are seats and a beautiful decorative fountain. Usually, when the weather is nice, children play here with their parents.

In addition, as I mentioned at the beginning, there is also a building for Pilates, yoga, fitness, and other activities. It is located at the end of these brown stairs. There are also many other tenants, such as a steakhouse, artisan pizza place, and more. If you just want to take a stroll and enjoy the greenery in the middle of the city with the lights glowing at night, it's highly recommended. In my opinion, it's very suitable and close to public transport.

Thank you for reading my article. See you in the next one.

Hi, I am the child of the universe, I like to read books with various genres. I was born in the city of batik but can't draw batik yet. I want to be a novelist, but my works are only short poems that are included in anthology books.

That's so cool to have a place like that so accessible with the public transport while staying away from traffic noise and daily routines. Looks like a great getaway!
Beautiful green space. It feels peaceful and perfect for a slow walk.
