The green expanse is very helpful in refreshing the spirit for people who are in a crowded environment and big city every day. After the expanse of flowers and birds, there is also a photo spot with a peacock's tail as the background and the large word ‘Baturraden’ written behind it. This is definitely a photo spot for visitors.
Then after that, there is a circular garden with a Gareng puppet figure in the middle and small artificial fountains around it. There is also a Baturraden sign here, which is great if visitors want to take photos or just sit here. Is that all? Oh, of course not! Let's walk down and see the fountain park.

Sendang Mulya is the artificial fountain park closest to the entrance. To get there, visitors must climb a fairly steep staircase, some parts of which are slippery. Because these are artificial stone steps, it can be quite risky if it rains continuously. Visitors must be very careful when climbing these steps. However, there is no need to worry because the handrails are very sturdy and safe, made of wrought iron.

Visitors can take photos in front of the fountain, or at certain spots such as the small red bridge with a “love” sign on it. Ha ha ha, very romantic, isn't it? Several groups took turns capturing the moment with their mobile phones, and so did my friend and I.
After tired with Sendangg Mulya, I climbed back up via a different route. This time, the stairs were a bit steeper than the ones we had climbed earlier. I saw that my friend was very tired, so we sat down there for a while. Soon we came across a food and drink vendor. I ordered coffee with milk and my friend ordered orange juice. And you know that this vendor offers a wide variety of drinks and snacks such as ginger tea, orange tea, mixed ice, pop ice, hot or cold coffee, and so on. There are also small snacks to munch on.

While drinking my iced coffee, I lost focus and saw the ditch, which had very clear water. Of course, this is a mountainous area and all the water that flows here comes directly from the mountains. I suddenly imagined that if all the ditches in this country were as clean and clear as this one, the environment would definitely be very healthy.

In front of the place where I was relaxing and drinking my iced coffee, there were rows of people selling goods, but what you should pay attention to is the row of swings in front of them. This is very innovative. While adults are buying something or waiting for their orders to be ready, children can play on the swings so they don't get bored.

That's how it ends in Chapter 1. I will divide it into three chapters because there are so many spots in the Baturaden area. Thank you for reading my adventure this time. See you in the next adventure.

Hi, I am the child of the universe, I like to read books with various genres. I was born in the city of batik but can't draw batik yet. I want to be a novelist, but my works are only short poems that are included in anthology books.
