In this post, I will share my experience while traveling from Bireuen City to Aceh Tengah,i must say that this trip was not easy and was full of very difficult obstacles. After the flood that hit Aceh 4 months ago, many areas were affected, one of them is the Bireuen- Aceh Tengah road, many areas of the road are damaged and full of holes, and the worst thing is that there are several areas of the road that have collapsed, several connecting bridges have also been destroyed.
The question now is, is this one of the The question now is, is this one of the route to get to Aceh Tengah.? The answer is no, there are several routes to get there, but I have to travel a very long way because I have to pass through the city of Lhokseumawe first.

I immediately felt the horror when I passed a bridge called Tenge Besi, this bridge is right on a sharp bend and its location is also very strategic, namely at the foot of the mountains and on the edge of a cliff, and now look how destroyed this bridge is.

A new bridge has indeed been built but it is only a temporary bridge and its size is very small so we have to queue when we want to pass this bridge, especially four-wheeled vehicles. We can also feel the horror when passing through the road around this area where the road here is built on the slopes of the mountains, landslides occur very often here especially during the big flood 4 months ago.

Just looking at it makes us have to think twice when we want to pass a road like this, even some areas of the road have been hit by landslides and the horror is the very deep ravine that is right beside us, maybe one of the safest ways when we want to pass this road is that we have to pass it during the day with good weather, I myself would not dare to pass this road when it rains.

This is indeed a river, but in the past it was not very big, but look at it now, for now I don't want to call it a river but rather a very deep ravine, and if you look closely, you will be able to see that the location of the road is right on the edge of the ravine.
I can't imagine how terrifying it was when floods and landslides occurred in this area, I was truly stunned by this sight, I had no idea that nature that looked calm and peaceful could cause this much damage, it was as if we were just guests here.

After passing through this area, I immediately continued my journey towards Aceh Tengah, but in the middle of the journey I managed to find a durian stall selling various types of durian fruit, of course it managed to attract my attention and we decided to stop there.

Who here doesn't love durian.?
Durian itself has a very strong and pungent aroma, but the flesh is very soft and sweet savory, this fruit is very popular in my area and is often called the king of fruits. At that time, my partner and I decided to stop by this durian stall to eat durian first.

However, time continued to pass and my journey to Aceh Tengah was still quite far, so we didn't linger at this durian stall.

The weather at that time was very hot and in some areas I could see quite beautiful natural views, rice fields, lush trees and towering mountains were the main views here, and of course the natural atmosphere was also very calm.

When you arrive at the hilly road area,I took the time to stop for a moment on the side of the road, the reason was because I managed to find a very beautiful natural view, namely a village filled with residential areas and surrounded by lush trees.
The point is that even though this journey was filled with heavy obstacles, I still managed to find the positive side.
