THE CHARM OF THE BLUE LAKE // The charm of the lake with its clear blue water is timeless.

Good afternoon to all my beloved hive friends ❀️

In this post, I will share my experience visiting an artificial lake, or more commonly known as the blue lake,in the Langsa City Forest Park. After the flash floods that hit Aceh a month ago, many tourist attractions were lost, or even lost their facilities and beauty. I was curious about the condition of the Langsa City Forest Park, what are the differences after the flood.? I couldn't contain my curiosity, so I decided to visit it in person.

The entrance ticket is still there, which is IDR 10,000 per person or the equivalent of 1.7 Hive prices for now, the ticket price has not changed but I am curious about what are the differences in this park

Each building still stands firmly and without the slightest difference, but I immediately realized the quiet atmosphere at that time which indicated that this place was still very quiet, many stalls and shops were still closed and there were even some shopkeepers who had packed up their equipment, I don't know what the fate of this park will be in the future, hopefully it won't be abandoned.

This place looks like a dead park, despite the many food stalls and cafes, but I didn't find a single person there, except for the officers who were busy cleaning the park.

And this is the view from the motorbike parking area, and there were only two motorbikes there, namely my motorbike and the motorbike of the officers there, but luckily after 5 minutes later there were several other visitors who came and they were visitors with their families.

I also found there were many facilities that were damaged and abandoned, for example, the duck boats which had been one of the facilities that was quite popular with visitors.

We can see that the artificial lake is still in quite good condition, the water is still clear and reflects a blue color that looks so amazing. However, the conditions on the edge of the lake look very dirty, there are lots of bushes, vines, wild grass growing there.

I don't blame anyone for the dirtiness of this place, because basically everyone is affected by the flood. Many areas are impassable, even the Love arch area is almost filled with vines, actually this is a favorite area for visitors to take photos because it has a very beautiful background, be it a man-made background or the natural background itself.

At that time I also had time to go to a food stall to order a cup of coffee and after that I also lent a chair to take to the edge of the lake.On the edge of the lake I sat quietly enjoying a cup of coffee while looking at the amazing natural scenery, this was a very happy time because apart from avoiding the noise I could also feel how extraordinary the tranquility of nature was.

And this is where buy boat tickets. There used to be a variety of boats here, including speedboats, duck boats, and leisure boats that would take visitors around the lake and see what this place has to offer. I only saw one person there, but I don't know if he was a visitor or an officer.
