In this post, I will share my experience and moments when I visited Langsa City Forest Park with the aim of recreation and seeking peace in the embrace of nature. This place is always my main destination when I miss nature, especially since this tourist spot is also quite close to the center of Langsa city, if I'm not mistaken the distance is only about 4 kilometers.
At first, I was hesitant to go on this trip, because the weather at that time was very cloudy, of course what I was afraid of was rain, but when I arrived at this place the weather got better.
I can't remember the last time I visited this place, and when I arrived there, this place immediately welcomed me warmly.

It should be noted that Langsa City Forest Park is located within a protected forest area, so this place is quite large and it will take hours to explore it all,but at that time I only visited the main area. However, the entire area of this park is equipped with footpaths so we won't get lost here.

Visually, the scenery here looks much the same as it did during my previous visit. There are so many lush trees here that they form a natural canopy providing shade, while the addition of so many ornamental plants and flowers has created a fresh, colorful new landscape.

The natural scenery in this place looks so extraordinary and alive, here we can also find so many huts built on each side of the park.Visually, this hut has a simple but elegant traditional design, with a tiered pyramid roof, an open wooden frame. However, what makes it so extraordinary is its strategic location, combined with the lush greenery of the surrounding park.

There is no charge, anyone can sit and relax there. Oh, by the way, this place is located in the highlands, so I can enjoy plenty of views from here

After resting for a while at the hut,I immediately decided to visit the park’s landmark, the welcome monument that reads "Selamat datang di Taman Hutan Kota Langsa"
This nameplate monument is located right on the riverbank, facing the suspension bridge that visitors frequently cross, but we need to go down a few steps if we want to see it up close.

But it's a shame that this area looks a bit dirty and some letters are missing. The place is beautiful, but I think it still needs to be renovated to make it more attractive.

And this is one of the beautiful views that can be enjoyed in this place, namely a lake surrounded by lush trees. However, it is quite unfortunate that the water looks cloudy and yellowish,I’m also not sure whether this is an artificial lake or one formed naturally. Many visitors flock to this area to take photos because it offers a rather beautiful background.
