EXPLORING THE CITY OF LANGSA // Enjoy the stunning charm of Aceh's east coast

In this post I will share my experience while visiting and exploring the outskirts of Langsa city. Actually, this trip has a very important purpose, namely going to terminal A of Langsa city to book bus tickets.The next few days I plan to take a long trip to Bireuen city, so I have to book tickets in advance so as not to miss the bus. I did not linger in the city center and went straight to terminal A, luckily the terminal conditions at that time were not too crowded so I could process the ticket easily and quickly.

As the name suggests, this is the largest and most complete terminal in Langsa city, so if we want to travel long distances, it is highly recommended to go to this terminal. This terminal also has a very large yard filled with ornamental plants and colorful flowers.

Luckily, I have an acquaintance who works at this terminal, so I can easily communicate and ask for a bus ticket with the opportunity to get a passenger seat at the front. From the highway, we can already see this building, besides being a large building, this terminal building also has a very unique color, namely dark blue.

I didn't linger here, after getting my bus ticket I decided to continue my journey to explore the outskirts of Langsa. After traveling for about 5 minutes I finally arrived at a monument located right in the middle of the intersection

This monument stands very majestically in the middle of the crossroads, I have forgotten how many times I have passed this road but what is certain is that this monument is no longer foreign to me. There is one thing that makes this monument very interesting, namely the view behind it, but the view also depends on which direction we look at it, to see this beautiful view we have to look at it from the road heading west.

From this angle we can see the beauty of this monument more clearly and there is a magnificent mosque behind it, the mosque also has an architecture that is no less interesting, and that is the beautiful view behind this monument. In the afternoon, precisely when the orange rays of the sun begin to appear, this view will be much more beautiful because there are additional colors.

About 25 meters from this monument we will also find a mini park on the corner of the road.

Actually I don't know the name of this place, whether it is a rest area, a mini park or just a street decoration. With curiosity I tried to ask some people around the place, they said that this is a mini park filled with amazing artificial decorations, there are chairs for resting, decorative pillars and roofs that resemble leaves, there are several balls, and several other artificial decorations.

If this is really a park then it is one of the smallest parks I have ever seen, the location is very strategic, namely right on the corner of the road intersection. Inside there are only two long chairs, so this place cannot accommodate many people, maybe only about 6 people can fit.

But what makes me really interested in this mini park is because there is a name sign that says (Langsa: Pesona Pesisir Timur Aceh ) which looks so lively and is decorated amazingly. The name sign has been added with colorful lights so it will light up beautifully at night.
