In this post, I will share my experience while taking an afternoon trip and exploring a remote village near the border of Langsa city. I took this trip at 4:00 pm and at that time the sun was no longer too hot so I could enjoy everything that nature had to offer to my heart's content. On the side of the road I can see the beautiful view of the rice fields which are filled with rice plants which are starting to turn yellow, in the afternoon the people's activities on the road start to get busy especially now that the fasting month is taking place,so there are lots of people who choose to sell food and drinks on the side of the road

This is the border gate between Langsa and Aceh Tamiang, this gate is quite large and in the middle there is a sign that says welcome to the city of Langsa.

Under the gate, precisely on the side of the road, there are several street vendors, they sell ready-made food such as fried foods, Acehnese noodles, and refreshing drinks, this is a very common sight that we can see here, especially in the afternoon, and I also don't want to miss this moment, at that time I also bought fried foods and a bottle of fresh drink.

Not far from this gate area, I also found a small river that leads to the residential area, this river is filled with plants and grass on both sides, the natural atmosphere looks so calm and cool.

There is a road right on the edge of this river, and with curiosity I started to follow the current of this river, after traveling for about 2 minutes I finally managed to find a small dam, the size is not too big but this dam still has characteristics that look very unique.Around this small river there are many rice fields and perhaps this is the function of the dam, namely as a technical irrigation infrastructure that stores water so that farmers have sufficient water supplies.

I also had time to rest for a moment around the dam area, the natural scenery offered by this place looks so amazing and the fresh breeze coming from the rice fields also feels so cool, the sound of the water flowing in the river also sounds very calm, of course this is very peaceful. The downside is that this river is very small and the water is very dirty and murky, but from a distance I also saw several people fishing here, which indicates that this river also has a lot of fish.
Time continued to pass and without realizing it, it was getting dark, so there was no other choice but to go home.

On my way home, I also managed to find a very unique mosque building, this building is not too big but has an interesting architecture and combined with a very elegant color, namely white.

I took the time to stop by and explore the main area of ββthe mosque building, I really like its shape and the color also looks very striking among the green nature around it.Honestly, I was very curious about what was inside this building, both doors of the mosque were wide open, but I was also aware that it was getting dark and I didn't want to encounter night on my way home.
I'm @riyat. See you again in my next post
