You certainly have written some great posts last year. And travelled a lot! Rather envious. Lima looks lovely. Surf looks okay. Certainly looks tempting - I'm laid up with a hip impingement and figuring out how I can still surf, travel without ongoing chronic pain. Sigh. Ferling the cafe and sunset vibes from here! HNY.

I have pinched nerves between L3-L4 and my left leg is going numb slowly :) Still traveling as much as I can. Maybe they will replace my whole spine with metal and then it would be good :) :)
Joking of course. Pain management is normal these days, I have just learned to live with pain.

It's weird how you learn to live with it!!! Thanks for being an inspiration in that case! Prob is sitting makes it worse, and a 24 hr flight and the planned car journey may not help.... But onwards and upwards!
