As i do not have surname in my passport and all the booking were made by my fried.
Do you not have a surname or is it just not in your passport? Either way, it sounds very harsh to live an international live and use many services online, if an input is demanded for the surname field in most forms.
Do you remember what the drink in the last picture is? It looks like a very small portion, but non the less delicious.

Yes don't have surname in certificates/passport, after joing job i realised that without surname in certificates is tuff to fill forms online as surname fields are mandatory on most of the organisation. But repeating the name acceptable here.
Drink was I think "Nam Anchan Manao" (Sweet Butterfly Pea Flower Tea)
As i later googled it, served at spa reception and it was delicious.
