Good morning, blog friends—I’m back with you again! I’ve been a bit busy lately, but here I am. Today, I’m taking you to the third part of my trip to Seano—specifically, right into the town itself. Seano is a small town in the province of Prato, located within the municipality of Carmignano. It has ancient origins dating back to before the Middle Ages; originally, it was a rural area with scattered settlements rather than a proper town like the one we see today. Now, Seano is a bustling little town full of activity. There are numerous factories (incidentally, there have recently been violent protests at some of them over layoffs deemed unfair), as well as all kinds of restaurants, shops, businesses, and companies. Seano is partly a residential area, featuring many well-maintained houses and villas. Like the rest of the region, Seano expanded once the rural era ended; it industrialized—particularly thanks to factories opening from the 1950s onwards—making the area more prosperous and attractive to workers. Naturally, homebuilders seized the opportunity to construct many lovely homes, and the town has grown steadily over the years, with the residential area expanding significantly to create streets lined with beautiful houses belonging to clearly well-off residents.
He estado algo ocupado últimamente, pero aquí estoy.

Anyway, here I am telling you about the trip; although there are many detached houses, I also noticed old farmhouses converted into colorful homes—I actually prefer them to the modern villas. A real plus I noticed is that Seano is full of green spaces and has plenty of parks; in fact, we stopped at one to find some shade—a small but lovely park with various trees and a playground for kids. Having parks with large trees in the summer is a real blessing; we stayed there for a while just to recover from the stifling heat. It is certainly a positive feature for the town to have so much greenery. While exploring Seano, we noticed that—aside from a few fields in the rural outskirts—there isn't much left of the countryside; it has become a proper town, complete with modern churches and various apartment buildings. All in all, Seano has the feel of a quiet, simple town—the kind of place where families live a peaceful life. It was a pleasant outing; stay tuned for the final part of this journey, which will conclude in Bottegone. See you soon, blog friends!

That’s a lovely travel reflection! Your writing and images already paint a vivid picture of Seano: the contrast between modern villas and charming old farmhouses, the abundance of green spaces, and the relief of shade in a summer park. It feels authentic and relatable, especially the detail about resting under large trees to escape the heat.😍
