They live in a hamlet of Pistoia near the town of Montale, but to get there you don't take the usual boring road, but a beautiful panoramic road famous throughout the area, both for its views and, unfortunately, for the numerous speed cameras and speed limit signs. It remains one of the most beautiful roads in the area. It passes through a very large village called San Tomato, which, however, has nothing to do with tomatoes, especially since many of the fields surrounding it are olive groves, vineyards, or simple agricultural fields. It's a large village that winds along the entire road, famous for its green spaces, charming houses, and a live music venue known throughout Pistoia and the surrounding area. Its name derives from its patron saint, Saint Thomas. To get there, you start from Pistoia and pass through some of the outskirts, with their characteristic high-rise buildings, some small villas, and above all, many parks. This area of the outskirts is very green, and we'll find more of that along the entire road, and San Tomato. It used to be a very poorly maintained area, full of dilapidated buildings. Today, the buildings have been replaced by beautiful, well-kept parks, much appreciated by residents, especially families.

San Tomato is made up of simple houses and interspersed with many fields, a perfect place for those who love the countryside. Siguiendo hacia San Tomato, encontramos varias casas. Es una carretera muy transitada; muchas de estas casas típicas de la zona se ubican cerca del arroyo Bure y, más adelante, también cerca del arroyo Agna.
