Good evening, blog friends, how are you? It's been quite rainy these days, and I haven't been able to do many outings, but today, to get out of the house a bit, I took a short tour of the northern part of Pistoia, especially to try the new elevated road with a view of the north side of the city. To get there, we first toured the rural area above the city. It's a very large area with so much to explore. It remains one of my favorites because I really like the fields, reeds, and green meadows, especially when the weather is nice. Then we crossed an avenue that I finally got to see again. I used to drive along it often when I worked in the northern area, then it was closed for a long time due to traffic problems, etc. Today, it's still beautiful. It's a large, long, tree-lined avenue. Unfortunately, the trees are currently bare due to the season, but in autumn they must be beautiful even in spring. Years ago, they were cut down, and the avenue was much less beautiful. I always love tree-lined avenues, but unfortunately we don't have many in the city.

This avenue also has some lovely, charming villas. It's a fairly affluent area, divided between townhouses and large apartment buildings, which are nevertheless quite expensive. Then we finally reached the elevated road. I love seeing cities from above, and the view was beautiful. The sky was also very unique, with clouds and a faint sun peeking out over the horizon, giving the city a certain charm. From above, you can clearly see the modern buildings of the northern area and the industrial zone, large concrete and glass buildings, but gradually, moving towards the rural area, you can glimpse the Brana, Pistoia's main stream, and the small, colorful houses that surround it. It's nice to discover new places and viewpoints when I travel in the city, which help me appreciate all sides of Pistoia, a city I'll soon be leaving to move to Montecatini. I hope you enjoyed my post, see you soon, blog friends!
