The beauty of Santa Rosa de Agua. | La belleza de Santa Rosa de Agua.

Un grato saludos tengan todos mis queridos amigos viajeros de todas partes del mundo, es para mí un placer saludarles en este lunes inicio de semana.

Warm greetings to all my dear travelling friends from all over the world; it is a pleasure for me to greet you on this Monday, the first day of the week.

Desde mi experiencia esta vez que visité Santa Rosa de Agua, por segunda vez lo experimente totalmente diferente pues sus aguas se encontraban totalmente limpias, incluso transparentaban y se veían aparentemente cristalina como es evidente las aguas del Lago de Maracaibo, están contaminadas pero esta parte desde aquí se ve bastante limpios pues supongo que los lugareños se encargan de dejar esta zona totalmente limpia ya que es turística y cargada de bastante historia.

From my experience, on this occasion when I visited Santa Rosa de Agua – my second visit – it felt completely different, as the waters were absolutely clean; they were even translucent and appeared crystal-clear. As is well known, the waters of Lake Maracaibo are polluted, but this part looks quite clean from here, as I suppose the locals take care to keep this area spotlessly clean, given that it is a tourist destination steeped in history.

Sentir la brisa es el mayor regalo que este lugar puede tener pues la conexión que permite con la naturaleza, es totalmente increíble puesto que aparte que el agua se proba el gran protagonismo la brisa es sumamente sutil, fresca reconfortante a pesar de los fuertes rayos del Sol, que sale durante todo el día familiares es maravilloso poder unirse y ajuntarse con la naturaleza con nuestras raíces indígenas, así como también la gran historia pues en este hermoso lugar sirvió como la inspiración absoluta política para que naciera el nombre de Venezuela.

Feeling the breeze is the greatest gift this place has to offer, as it allows you to connect with nature; is absolutely incredible; whilst the water certainly takes centre stage, the breeze is extremely gentle, cool and comforting despite the strong rays of the sun, which shines all day long. It is wonderful to be able to come together and reconnect with nature and our indigenous roots, as well as with our rich history, for this beautiful place served as the ultimate political inspiration for the birth of the name ‘Venezuela’.

Ahora bien la vida está en lugar inicia justamente después de las 11:00 de la mañana, cuando ya cada uno de los establecimientos o paradores que están encima de las aguas, comienzan a abrir hacia todo el público llegué bastante temprano por lo que tuve que esperar un poco más de 1 hora, para poder ir a ese lugar que tenía previsto cabé destacar que muchos lugares de comida y no estaba totalmente decidida por cuál ire pero había visto uno hace tiempo, quise ir a visitarlo, en verdad fue la mejor elección cabe destaca y que si llegas temprano en el lugar hay mucho silencio en donde puedes conectar, relajarte, donde solamente escuchas el sonido del agua y esta es generalmente muy tranquila.

Now, life in this place really gets going just after 11.00 in the morning, when all the establishments and roadside eateries overlooking the water start opening to the public. I arrived quite early, so I had to wait a little over an hour before I could go to the place I’d planned to visit. It’s worth noting that there were plenty of places to eat, and I wasn’t entirely sure which one to choose, but I’d spotted one a while back, and I wanted to visit it. It really was the best choice. It’s worth noting that if you arrive early, the place is very quiet – a spot where you can unwind and relax, where you hear nothing but the sound of the water, which is usually very calm.

Un lugar totalmente lindo como este en el cual puedes ir ubicado en la ciudad, que no genera muchos gastos ya que el pasaje es bastante económico es un punto atractivo turístico, para poder relajarte sin duda alguna Santa Rosa de Agua, es una excelente alternativa para realizar algo diferente en el fin de semana yo aproveché de pasar un lindo sábado, totalmente único desconectada de mis actividades cotidianas y sumando completamente nuevas experiencias.

A truly lovely place like this, right in the city, which doesn’t cost much as the fare is quite cheap, is a real tourist attraction. If you’re looking to relax, Santa Rosa de Agua is undoubtedly an excellent choice for doing something a bit different at the weekend. I made the most of it by spending a lovely, truly unique Saturday there, completely disconnected from my daily routine and gaining some completely new experiences.
