Unfortunately, it was already time to begin our journey back to Paderborn. However, we had planned one final stop in Bordeaux, as driving all the way home in a single day would have been far too much.

Our first stop was a visit to a winery. We had booked a guided tour and wine tasting at Château de Rayne Vigneau through Winalist (https://www.winalist.de/). The tour was excellent, and we had the chance to sample several fantastic wines. Of course, we couldn't resist taking a few bottles home with us afterward!

After the winery, we continued to our hotel in Bordeaux. We stayed at the Moxy Bordeaux, which welcomed us with a lovely room.

In the early evening, we took a leisurely walk through Bordeaux and simply soaked up the atmosphere of the city. Naturally, I also captured a few impressions to share with you!

And that was the end of our little road trip. The following day, we arrived back home safely. Looking back while writing this blog, you really realize just how much you can experience in such a short amount of time.
I hope I was able to take you along on our journey and give you a good impression of everything we experienced. The next Travel Journal will be about my trip to Las Vegas, which I'll be sharing with you very soon!

Never been to a winery tasting before, as in fact I rarely drink any alcohol, if any, but I bet the experience is fantastic, especially when it happens in the right places! Great trip, guys!!
It would be so good to explore and see a winery then the good thing is you buy and brought some wines and take it home. That was a very nice exploration.
