Hello everyone! Today, I'm taking you on a trip to Murano, a city of glass is world-famous island in the Venice, Italy. It's a center of glassmaking with a history spanning over 700 years, renowned for its exquisite glassblowing craftsmanship.

You'll find vases, chandeliers, and colorful beads, all beautifully arranged in the island.

The architecture is stunning, the buildings are vibrant, and there are fascinating museums. It's a must-see for anyone visiting Venice.

We traveled here on a tour for 35 euros per person, departing around 10:30 am and visiting three islands. The first place we'd like to recommend is Murano.

Upon arrival, our tour guide took us to a glassmaking exhibition room where we were seated.

Then, a man demonstrated glassmaking, starting from the first step. During the demonstration, he explained the history of the place and the process.

The session lasted about 10 minutes. He finished a glass sculpture of two horses – he was incredibly skilled! After he finished, I took pictures with him, including a selfie.

There was still time to explore, so we went inside to an area selling and displaying various glass products, but photography was prohibited due to site regulations. But let me tell you, each piece of glass is a masterpiece crafted by skilled artisans.

They are incredibly beautiful and colorful. It's a shame I couldn't take pictures to show everyone, but the glassware is magnificent and each piece is expensive. However, not everything is expensive; some souvenirs or small trinkets are cheaper, starting from 3 euros. The museum has a dedicated area for viewing glassware, befitting a city renowned for its world-class glassmaking.

After viewing the glassware, we still had time to explore the surrounding area. The atmosphere inside was lively with tourists enjoying their time in this city.

As I mentioned, the city still retains its charm and vibrant colors, with buildings in their respective styles.

There were also various shops selling handcrafted glassware. As we walked around, we saw some groups demonstrating glassmaking for tourists on other tour groups.

We were very excited to see this; it was my first time in this city. The sculptures and artwork are still beautiful and possess a charming artistic and cultural appeal, living up to Venice's reputation as the "City of Glass," a source of pride for the city.

We strolled along the canals, taking pictures. There were boats docked there; we visited during the summer, in early August.

And this concludes my trip to Murano, the city of glass in Würz, Italy. I hope you all enjoyed my photo post. Thank you for following and have a great day!
