Debe ser precioso vivir en una ciudad con tanta historia, y al recorrer sus calles es como viajar en el tiempo.

Hermosa y llamativa es la construcción del convento. Es admirable que lo hayan incautado y restaurado; la chimenea es realmente imponente.
Es impresionante este complejo histórico; como bien dices, hay mucho trabajo de restauración para su conservación. El edificio es realmente hermoso de ver en el estado en que está; todas sus huellas son parte de la historia.

The convent's architecture is beautiful and striking. It's admirable that it was seized and restored; the chimney is truly imposing.

This historical complex is impressive; as you rightly say, a great deal of restoration work has gone into its preservation. The building is truly beautiful to see in its current state; every trace of it is part of history.
