👀The natural viewpoint of Nueva Gerona, a place where you can see almost the entire Island 🏝️. EN/ES

Hello, Hive community and Worldmappin travelers! 👋

Well, yes!! We managed to climb to the Nueva Gerona viewpoint on Isla de la Juventud. It was a wonderful experience, and what made it special was that we did it as a group of friends.

This hill is approximately 350 meters above sea level, which can give you dear Hivers an idea of the height. It’s not a very high place, but the views are spectacular! That I can guarantee.

During the ascent you have to wind your way up the mountain ⛰️ along a very narrow path; you really have to be very careful not to slip.
Here you can see that marble abounds, a mineral very useful in the construction industry 🏗️.
Well, I dare say that this mountain is entirely made of gray marble.

Along the way we always talk and joke about everything. We also make stops to rest and take photos, many of which will end up deleted, and only the ones we like most remain.

When we reached the top we felt immense joy...
That day there was strong sun 😎 and believe me, the sun here feels very strong.
But the best part is the views of almost the whole Island 🏝️ and even more so the great peace you feel up there, with no noise, seeing everything from a unique perspective.
It’s always a good moment to meditate and, above all, to understand that many times happiness doesn’t cost much.

¡Hola, comunidad de Hive y viajeros de Worldmappin! 👋

Pues si!! logramos subir a mirador de Nueva Gerona en la Isla d la Juventud. Fue una experiencia maravillosa y lo especial fue que lo hicimos un grupo de amigos.

Este cerro tiene una altura aproximada de unos 350 metros sobre el nivel del mar, lo que les puede dar una idea de la altura a ustedes queridos Hivers.
No es un lugar muy alto, pero las vistas son espectaculares! Eso sí se lo garantizo.

Durante el ascenso hay que ir serpentiando la montaña ⛰️ por un camino bien estecho, realmente hay que tener mucho cuidado de no resbalar.
Aquí se pueden apreciar que abunda mucho el mármol un mineral muy útil en la industria de la construcción 🏗️.
Bueno me atrevo a decir que esta montaña es totalmente de mármol gris.

Por el camino siempre hablamos y hacemos muchas bromas de todo. Y también hacemos paradas para descansar y tomas fotos, muchas de las cuales terminarán eliminadas y solo quedan las que más nos gustan.

Ya cuando llegamos a la cima sentimos una inmensa alegría...
Ese día había buen sol 😎 y créanme el sol de aquí se siente bien fuerte.
Pero lo mejor son las vistas de casi toda la Isla 🏝️ y aún más la paz tan grande que se siente estando allá arriba, sin ruido, viendolo todo desde una perspectiva única.
Siempre es buen buen momento para meditar y sobre todo para entender que muchas veces la felicidad no cuesta mucho .
