Hello dear friends.
For a while I was prevented from writing, but now I'm here and I hope you enjoy the virtual journeys with me.
Today I'm taking you to Svilajnac, the Resava cave and the Lisine waterfall.
That destination has been in the plan and program of our school for years and believe me, every generation of children I took there enjoyed it, and I always felt like I was there for the first time.

Svilajnac is a small town about 100 kilometers from Belgrade. Since it is not exactly a destination for children that they can go to without a break, we stopped several times so that the children could walk a little, go to the toilet, and drink something to refresh themselves.

Our goal in Svilajnec was the Natural History Center.
A huge space, a museum with 9 permanent installations, a Tunnel through time, and what is most interesting for children is, of course, a large dino park. The space arranged in such a way, the pond, the huge dinosaurs, the park, the souvenir shop, all this attracted the children's attention and they were extremely happy and satisfied.
Before going out to the park, we visited the museum. It was interesting to watch the projection of the film about the creation of the planet, the appearance of dinosaurs, and the projection was in 4 dimensions, so that the children sitting on the floor had the impression that they were in water. Fish and turtles "passed" by them and it was very fun to watch the faces of the children in those moments.

We walked in the park, took pictures, bought souvenirs and had lunch in the restaurant.

After lunch, we headed to the largest cave in Serbia.
It is the Resava Cave. I've been in the cave a few times and to tell you the truth, I didn't feel very comfortable. Dark, slippery stairs, drops of water falling on the head, on the neck, echoes and stalagmites and stalactites that are unusual: some are extremely beautiful, and some seem terrible. Everything is safe, a fence on both sides and the children are curious to see everything. Honestly, I pretended I didn't care, but I couldn't wait to get out into the sunlight.

Getting outside was the best part. We sat on the grass and enjoyed the sun, air and greenery.

After a short rest, we went on foot to the waterfall called Lisine
The Resava Cave was named after the Resava River, and on the right tributary of Resava is the Vrelo River, where there is a waterfall and the Lisine Nature Reserve. The beautiful walk by the river and the waterfall itself are truly enchanting.

I hope that I have managed to awaken the desire in you, and I do this persistently with my stories, to come and visit Serbia.
