Hey 👋 , welcome to Faridastan!
I'm very excited to share my travelling story to Panj Peer on a motor bike with a friend who is a biker and travel around on bike.

When my boys heard that I'm going by bike they got worried, and asked me please you would hurt yourself, you are too old to ride a bike , but I didn't listen 😉.

Panj Peer is a rock plateau.
It is situated in Kotli Sattian, Kahuta region of Rawalpindi 65 to 80 km southeast of Islamabad.

It is 5,500 to 5,905 feet above from sea level. Highest point of Danoi Ridge
Panj Peer is named after 5 Saints.
- Panj means 5
- Peer means Saints

As per locals, those 5 Saints settled there and meditated for years, there is a small Shrine also situated on top, but because of too much crowd I didn't pay a visit inside.

We started our journey early morning from Banigala, it was a fine cloudy morning.

We had breakfast at Kahuta city
After crossing Kahuta city, suddenly the scene changed.

Rocky mountains, leafy lush greenery, streams, springs, and water fall.
There was fresh and aromatic air. It felt so good.

Unfolding scene after every mile
We were taking stops on the way to take pictures and honestly it was my first long bike ride my bum 🙈 was uncomfortable because of jumpy road 😅.

In middle rain started so we stopped at a small lake side, (Manjan Lake) dip our feet in icey cold water, with fish swimming around, waited for rain to stop.

When rain stops we started our journey and our next stop was Noorabad waterfall, from road it was almost a km down walk, we didn't make it near because too many men were swimming, we clicked few pictures and started our Expedition.

At few points I had to travel by walk, because of steep height and slippery broken road, before reaching the top almost half km down there's a small cafe and toilet facility, tents available on rent, and after that it's a hiking trek, so we parked our bike there and hike to the high point.

Honestly, I don't have words to explain what I saw, even my pictures don't do the justice.
That view was indescribable
flat-topped boulders and rugged slabs, natural terrace, from one end gives you the sight of the glittering River Jhelum and the distant blues of Rawal Dam, other end is dence forest of pine trees.

We sat on the end of steep edge and saw the mesmerizing sunset.

Whenever I visit any new destination, which touches my heart, I don't talk or waste my time eating, I sit quietly want to enjoy every minute of that serene beauty, fill my lungs with that nourishing, healthy breeze.

On our way back we both decided that next time we will camp there and witness the sunrise.

Friends, my writing skills and English is not that perfect, but I am enjoying writing.
Please give me feedback what's lacking in my blogs.
Thanking all 💕

Love Farida

Hello again. I commented on your introduction post, so maybe read that comment first before this one ;)
Your English doesn't have to be perfect, but one thing you could do to make your posts better is to pick just a handful of the best photos. If there are too many, people may not read until the end, and then they won't upvote it!
With a travel post like this, somewhere between 5-10 photos is probably a good number to aim for. But if you have lots of beautiful photos you could put more, but then I would add descriptions below each one to keep the reader reading!
Thank you for the guideline again. I'll follow it religiously. I appreciate your kind support.
You are very welcome!

As the other commentor mentioned, less photos is better! And only one from each motif!
Keep on going!
Thank you. It'd be easy for me too this way.
