Hello everyone! Today I will write to you about my visit to the most beautiful beach in Malta and the village of the sailors Popeye, Olive and Badja, photographed from a distance.Malta is a country you can explore, which is what I did. My three-month stay allowed me to get to know and explore the entire country and to tour it on foot.Malta is about 27 km long and 14.5 km wide (area 315 km²) and it is very easy to explore and experience all its beauties.I was staying in the capital city of Valletta and working there. The beaches here are inaccessible and I decided one day to visit the most beautiful beach, Golden Bay. The beach is 14km away and I took the bus.Kada sam stigao do plaže Golden Bay na Malti, prvi utisak bio je osećaj otvorenog prostora i blizine mora koje se prostire ispred mene. Before descending to the beach, I took a few beautiful photos. The path to the beach leads down a gentle slope, and as I descend, the view expands and it becomes clearer why this place is considered one of the most visited on the island.

The descent to the beach itself is via stairs that allow you to see more from more angles. Golden Bay is a sandy beach, which is rare in Malta compared to rocky shores. The sea in front of me is calm, with gentle waves coming to the shore.I was immediately warned that there were underwater currents and that swimming was not recommended out of season. However, there were quite a few swimmers and even divers, and of course, I swam a bit.

There is also a small bar nearby, from which the sounds of the coffee machine and the smell of drinks come. I go to him and take a cold drink. And then I hear two young men speaking our language. I approach them and find out that they work here as waiters. They recommended I go to Popeye's Village.I didn't know that. I climbed the rocks and waited for the bus. The village was about 8 km away. I learned from the locals that I needed two buses to get to the village and that it would be closed by the time I got there. But they told me where I could see it.I walked 2 km along the path that runs along the rocks and suddenly saw the beautiful sight of Popeye's Village from afar. This village is located on the northwest coast of Malta. Popeye Village is a film set that was built for the filming of the 1980 film "Popeye".Today this is a museum and entertainment complex for the youngest.

I leave with the feeling that I have visited one of those places in Malta that is remembered for the entire experience, not just for the view that remains behind me.
