The Newly Renovated Marcelino F. Ratunil Public Plaza at Manticao, Misamis Oriental

The place is very easy to locate and known because of the Named designed in this tall and wide solid concrete block. This big solid concrete structure was built many years already and the name designed at the structure is made of shinny metal plates. It is placed near at the Provincial road together with the big "I Love Manticao" name so everyone can see when they passing by here.

Backed almost centuries ago, according to the Historians this place here was once a small market with a wooden stage where giant curtains place for video presentation. The ground was still not concreted and it is filled with lots of wild plants here. For many years has past, the place has already changed and developed into a new one where grounds are already concreted, lots of toys for children since this place here now is the children's playground and a green artificial grass installed. Pathways are made of solid bricks and it can help the place to have a wonderful and unique kind of view.

Aside of that, a small house-like structure also constructed inside of the public plaza and it is made of lumbers and metals. It is coated with brown color and varnished to make it more shinny and attractive. Aside of children's toys and grounds there are also few things used for exercise and lots of solar lights installed on each corner of the plaza.

There are also lots of concrete bench constructed at the place and it is coated with brown paint so make it like a lumber. The designs are very unique and attractive and aside of that it can seated by almost twenty people. Some of the concrete bench are painted with white color paint with a big tree at the middle. Street lights and a great landscapes are decorated where lots of ornamental and expensive plants can be seen and found.

This unique water fountain is also well constructed into a new design and at the middle are lots of water nozzles surrounded with blue paint so it can bring colorful to water fountain. On round side are the colorful lights that served as a highlight every evening and few landscapes near this big water fountain.

On each side of the Public plaza are the big and tall trees grows. Most of the trees found here are Molave,Acacia and Balete tree that can make the place more relaxing and cool because of its shade. Colorful lights are hanged and decorated on each big branches nad surrounded with long concrete walls and metal thing that served as a small door.

This long concrete bench was contructed here with this long unique rooftop. The rooftop foundation is conctructed into slant position using metals and at the middle of the bench is the landscapes where plants is placed. The entire ground is supported and constructed with Bricks so everyone can be avoided of being dusty or muddy.

The statues are also well constructed and changed into new designs. It is painted with dark blue color with a clear engraved designs at the front. This Is the Statue of Dr. Jose P. Rizal holding a book. It is surrounded with solar lights with few trees and a great landscapes. Andres Bonifacio statue was still under conctructed today.
