Hidden Rocky Coastline Under The Philippine Sun || In Some Parts Of Barangay Calangahan Lugait, Misamis Oriental Mindanao Philippines

For many Centuries has already past, a Nature Phenomenon also changes. This area here was once a dry land covered with lots of wild grass and tall trees but as the sea waves keeps rising, the place is already now submerging at the sea water during high tide leaving this tons of rocks, corals and peebles. The cliffs are also made of solid rocks and most of the particles was also falled down from the top going to the coastal area because of the past strong earthquakes. Because of rocky shore, sea animals like sea shells, crabs, shrimps and sometimes fish also hid in here.

This wide and flat rocks was also part of the dry land many Years has already past and now it is now part of the sea. Only few trees, wild plants and Coconuts are left and some of it are washed away by sea waves. Every morning, there are few people always walking in here as their simple exercises and sometimes in the afternoon, they also went here just to looked and catch sea shells, crabs and shrimps for their Meals. This coastal areas is quitely far from the main road, it needs to walk or travel few meters and takes almost half an hour because we reached the place. But even if it is far from the busy and crowded place, the relaxness and peacefulness is perfect in here especially those who wants to experienced peace and relax.

Because of the big waves happens last Month due to bad weather like typhoon, lots of trash are also at some parts of the coastal areas, but the residents did their best to do cleaning activities. The trash wont be reached by sea water every high tide unless if there is a typhoon happens again that is why the water is very clean and no trashed floating. This plant grows at the shore is what we called, Romblon tree. The leaves are very long and pointed and it gives a shady areas of the place. Sometimes there are also few people went here making camp and picnics together with friends and families.

These are the close up shots of the bog rocks and corals found here at Calangahan Coast. Most of it are at near dry land and every high tide season, this place here can also reached and submerged by sea water. Even if it is a kind of rocky place, still it brings an attractive views because of its shapes, Sizes, formations and Colors. It also help other small Marine animals.

This place here also creates or produced lots of rock pools where trapped shrimps, crabs and sea shells are hiding. Most of the rock pools can be seen and found are big and it can fit a Man inside of the rock pools that is why everytime when there are willing to visit here they really tried to splashing at the sea water located at the rock pools. Not quitely far from here is the spot where lots of fishermen catched lots of fish using their unique small wooden boats. It only contains a small portion of place where people can went at the next are the very deep and shallow sea water.

Tropical plants like coconuts are also grows in here. But almost hundreds of it are already washed out by big and rough sea waves. All of the coconut trees here are already produced fruits and it is open to all those who will visit to get lots of buko fruits.
