During my holiday in Trentino Alto Adige, part of which I had already told you about in the previous post, I also had the opportunity to see the lakes of the Ruffré farms which are located right in the Val di Non, a very quiet area, a very easy and relaxing destination, perfect not only for nature lovers like me but also for families who can come here with their children.

Practically these rocks are at about 1000 meters above sea level, so we are quite high and therefore the water of these lakes is always very fresh, let's say it is difficult to bathe even in summer, but the beautiful thing in my opinion is that they are the verses in these green meadows and woods that are quite typical of these areas, and are called the networks of the farms. Precisely because they are in these territories that are full of this image that in the end are a kind of traditional farms, surely those of you who have come to these areas both of Trentino Alto Adige but also of South Tyrol where you get close to Austria know very well what I am talking about.

They are basically two small lakes that come from some springs nearby, and the environment that is created is very beautiful, let's say, because there are large lawns but also picnic tables and therefore a very blue place where there is no noise, no traffic but fortunately there is only nature, and therefore a place suitable for families with children, for those who want to relax without effort or like me who am very passionate about relaxing walks in the middle of nature.

To reach these places, you have to go up from Ruffré towards the Mendola Pass. There are many signs for the center and then for the lakes and the road. It is really easy to travel and you cannot go wrong. Also because, as I told you, Trentino Alto Adige is very attentive to tourism and also tries to preserve naturalistic places like this.

So I recommend you to take a tour of these places because if you are looking for a corner of paradise where you can relax and find stress-free days, I thank you for reading, see you very soon.

What a beautiful place. The reflections on the water and the surrounding mountains make it look incredibly peaceful. It feels like one of those places where you could spend hours just enjoying the view.😊
Thank you dear for your words. Yes, it is truly a beautiful place where you can find so much peace.
