Good morning, friends! A new adventure is coming up. Today we're going to hike a really beautiful trail, which in my personal opinion is among the top 5 most important in the protected Sintra-Cascais mountain range. It's a combination of natural resources and stunning landscapes. Anyone who lives in Portugal knows how difficult it is to spot a deer, and seeing four individuals of the species (Capreolus capreolus) left me amazed. Buenos dias amigos! se viene una nueva aventura, hoy vamos a realizar un sendero bastante bonito y que en mi opinion personal esta entre el top 5 de los mas importante de la Sierra protegida de Sintra-Cascais, una combinacion entre recursos naturales y paisajes deslumbrantes, quien vive en Portugal sabe lo dificil que es hacer avistamiento de un venado y ver 4 individuos de la especie: (Capreolus capreolus) me dejo asombrado; sin mas que anadir veamos el post y apoyame en el video gracias,🌅🧭

It all begins in Cascais-Sintra, a nature reserve comprised of a 7km stretch of riverbank that is ecologically important because the "da Mula" river originates in the northern mountains and irrigates the entire region until it flows into the Atlantic. You can get here either on foot or by public transport, but be aware... You cannot pass a vehicle on the trail except at the beginning.🚩🏔️
Todo comienza en Cascais-Sintra una reserva natural que esta comprendida por una Ribera de 7km de extension y que tiene una importancia ecologica porque el rio "da mula" que nace en el norte de la sierra es el que irriga toda la region hasta la desembocadura en el atlantico; podemos llegar aqui o caminando, o utilizando transporte publico pero atencion... No puedes pasar un vehiculo en el sendero solo en el inicio.🌳⛰️

The first two villages we will pass through on the walk are: (Fontainhas and Pampilheiras) both very rustic, next to the "Mula" river we see many houses with land and crops typical of the area, the riverbank is very well preserved and I congratulate the local government for preserving the nature of Cascais.🏔️🚩
las primeras dos aldeas por la que pasaremos en la caminata son: (fontainhas y Pampilheiras) ambas muy rusticas, al lado del rio "mula" vemos muchas casas con terrenos y siembras tipico de la zona, la ribera esta muy bien preservada y felicito al gobierno local por preservar la naturaleza de Cascais.🌅🧭
Between 1.5 and 1.9 kilometers, which is one of the longest stretches of the trail, we reach the village of Alvide. Here we are not yet in a protected, wooded area, so we won't see wild animals, but the scenery is beautiful because of the wooden bridges next to the river. I would love to live here; I loved the area!🚩🏔️
entre 1.5 y 1.9 kilometros que es una de las extensiones mas largas del sendero conseguimos la aldea de Alvide, aqui todavia no estamos en un area protegida y boscosa por tanto no veremos animales salvajes pero el paisaje es bonito por los puentes de madera al lado del rio, me gustaria vivir aqui ame la zona!🌊🌳

This area is famous because there is a specific spot that was inhabited by the Romans between the 2nd and 4th centuries AD. Some say it is because the riverbank provided the necessary resources for the Romans to produce in the lands of Cascais.🧭🌅

The terrain conditions are extremely harsh during rainy periods. I always recommend doing the hike in late spring when the ground is no longer muddy and the weather is a bit cooler. However, hiking here in winter means encountering a lot of mud, so you should be prepared for that. But the advantage is that all the plants are green and the scenery is beautiful.🌍📍
las condiciones del terreno son durisimas en tiempos de lluvia, siempre recomiendo hacer la caminata en finales de primavera donde el suelo ya no tiene barro y el clima es un poco mas fresco, pero caminar por aca en invierno es toparte con muchisimo barro asi que debes estar prevenido con eso, pero la ventaja es que las plantas todas estan verde y el paisaje es bonito.🗺️🚩

Only in Portugal are there two reserves where you can find wild animals, and that is here and in Mafra. Therefore, this area has many protection and behavioral laws that you must comply with to preserve the animals that are here. Among the species that stand out are: Equus ferus caballus, Capreolus capreolus, Equus ferus, Cervus elaphus hispanicus, which tells us that there are two species of deer here.🦌🐎🐑🦡🦨🐁
solo en Portugal hay dos reservas donde se pueden encontrar animales salvajes y es aqui y en Mafra, por ello esta zona tiene muchas leyes de proteccion y comportamiento que debes cumplir para preservar los animales que estan aqui, entre las especies que se destacan son: Equus ferus caballus, Capreolus capreolus, Equs ferus, Cervus elaphus hispanicus, esto nos dice que hay dos especies de venados aca.🧭🌳

Now that we've crossed the river, we have to cross some wooden bridges, and that's when we have 1.5km left to reach the last stop of the center, "Quinta do Pisão." I've really enjoyed the experience so far, and it's a trail I recommend if you're in the Lisbon area.😎😍
Ahora que atravesamos el rio, debemos cruzar unos puentes de madera y alli es cuando nos falta 1.5km hasta llegar a la ultima parada del sentro "Quinta do Pisão" e disfrutado muchisimo la experiencia hasta ahora y es un sendero que recomiendo si estas en la zona de Lisboa🗺️🏔️
