My visit to the "I ♥️ Love Carúpano" monument, abeautiful tribute to the Flamingos (Eng - Esp)
Hello fellow travelers around the world, it's a pleasure to greet you and wish you an excellent and blessed week with your loved ones. I'd like to share my visit to the "I Love Carúpano" monument. Located on the coastal strip in the El Boquete sector, it's a colorful and eye-catching monument. The heart that connects the phrase is formed by two charming pink flamingos. The flamingo is an emblematic bird in this area of the city and is found in the mangrove forests at its entrance.
These charming birds have the unique ability to change the color of their plumage depending on the food they eat at certain times of the year. The monument aims to pay homage to these striking birds. The heart is formed by the necks and beaks of the aforementioned birds, and next to it is the word "Carúpano." The letters are colorful and represent important elements of the city, such as flora, fauna, fishing activity, flamingos, fish, and the outstanding cultural aspects of this beautiful capital city. In the letter O, the figure of the singer Luis Mariano Rivera is seen; the letter N is decorated with colorful petals; in the letter a, part of the marine fauna is observed, and so on in each of the letters. The p is adorned with a beautiful flamingo; then we have several fish, representative flora, and a beautiful sunset landscape in the letter a, in which there is a boat, a starfish, the setting sun, and a bird flying. The letter C has a beautiful colorful flower in orange and red.
Hola viajeros amigos en todo el mundo, un placer saludarles deseando que tengan una excelente y bendecida semana en unión de sus seres queridos, les comparto mi visita al monumento, Yo Amo a Carúpano, este se encuentra ubicado en la cinta costera, sector El Boquete, es un monumento colorido y muy llamativo, ya que el corazón que une la frase, está formado por dos simpáticos flamingos de color rosado, el Flamingo es un ave emblemático en esta zona de la ciudad y se encuentra distribuido en el área de los manglares, ubicados en la entrada de la misma .
Estas simpáticas aves, tienen la particularidad de cambiar el color de su plumaje debido a los alimentos que consumen en determinada época del año, el monumento tiene como objetivo rendir un homenaje a estas llamativas aves, el corazón lo integran el cuello y pico de las aves mencionadas, al lado se lee la palabra Carúpano; las letras son coloridas y representan los elementos importantes de la ciudad, como la flora, la fauna, la actividad pesquera los flamencos, peces y los aspectos culturales resaltantes de esta hermosa ciudad capital, en la letra O, se observa la figura del cantante Luis Mariano Rivera, la letra N está decorada con pétalos coloridos, en la letra a se observa parte de la fauna Marina y así sucesivamente en cada una de las letras, la P está adornada con un hermoso Flamingo, luego tenemos varios peces, la flora representativa y un hermoso paisaje del atardecer en la letra A, en el cual hay un bote, estrella de mar el sol al ocaso y un ave volando, la letra C con una colorida hermosa y flor en los colores naranja y rojo.
The monument is located on the beach, next to a concrete walkway. The letters are on a rectangular, navy blue base. The view of the beach here is beautiful and contrasts nicely with this colorful monument. To be honest, the heart formed by the flamingos is my favorite part, and what I liked most is that they placed a tree trunk behind it where these friendly birds are resting.
On the front of the support column are several blue rectangles where the LED lights are located. At night, these illuminate the letters, giving them a different look. After carefully observing the letters of the monument, I walked along the beach. The sea was a beautiful blue, and the waves crashed against the rocks. I noticed several abandoned boats along this part of the beach; two of them were on the rocky walkway. Then I saw a small cliff with a hole in the front through which several crabs were moving very quickly, which prevented me from taking a close-up photo of these curious marine friends.
El monumento se ubica en la orilla de la playa, al lado de una caminería de concreto, las letras se encuentran en una base rectangular de color azul marino, la vista de la playa aquí es bonita y contrasta muy bien con este colorido monumento, siendo honesta el corazón formado por los flamingos es mi parte favorita y lo que más me gustó es que en la parte posterior colocaron un tronco de árbol donde reposan estos simpáticos amigos.
En la parte frontal de la columna de soporte hay varios rectángulos de color azul, donde se ubican las luces LED, en horas de la noche estás iluminan las letras dándole un estilo diferente, luego de observar detalladamente las letras del monumento, avancé por la orilla de la playa, el mar se ve de un hermoso color azul y las olas golpean en las rocas, me llamó la atención que por esta área de la playa se ubican varios barcos abandonados, dos de ellos están en la caminería de rocas, luego vemos un pequeño acantilado con un orificio en la parte frontal por el cual habían varios cangrejos desplazándose muy rápido, lo cual no me permitió tomar una foto de cerca a estos curiosos amigos marinos.
Continuing my exploration of this beautiful area, I came across another abandoned ship. The view of the sea and sky is truly enchanting. I wish I could have stayed longer, admiring the beautiful scenery and enjoying the morning breeze. I absolutely loved visiting and exploring this part of the city; the surrounding views are spectacular, and the landscape is very pretty.
Later, I headed down to the lower part of the coast, following the rocky path. I must say, the view is incredible and relaxing. Without a doubt, the seascape along this stretch of coastline is perfect for those who love connecting with nature and the sea. Along this stretch, you can see several sea grape and mangrove trees, which, from what I could observe, are common in this area. They are also quite large and ideal for cooling off and enjoying the shade these green friends offer.
I enjoyed the walk along the concrete path; the view from this point is beautiful. You can see the trees along the beach 🏖️ creating a lovely and pleasant landscape. To make the most of my visit, I sat on the rocks to contemplate the scenery, enjoy the breeze, and listen to the sound of the waves, which I love. It was relaxing and perfect for disconnecting from the hectic city life and recharging my energy to continue exploring this beautiful city on the Paria Peninsula. At the highest point, you can see a panoramic view of the entrance to Carúpano, the mountains, part of the bay, and the beautiful blue sea. It's one of my favorite landscapes; I could spend many hours in that area, simply contemplating the scenery and enjoying the small drops of water that splash on my skin. After my walk along this charming coastal strip, I headed to another part of the city.
Avanzando en mi recorrido por esta hermosa zona, me encontré otro barco abandonado, la vista del mar y el cielo es realmente encantadora, me hubiese gustado quedarme más tiempo contemplando el hermoso paisaje y disfrutando la brisa de la mañana, definitivamente me encantó visitar y conocer esta zona de la ciudad, la vista del entorno es espectacular y el paisaje muy bonito.
Posteriormente, avancé hacia la parte baja, siguiendo la caminería de rocas, debo decir que la vista es increíble y relajante, sin duda el paisaje marino en esta franja costera es perfecto para quienes aman conectar con la naturaleza y el mar, en esta franja aprecian varios árboles de uvero y mangle, los cuales de acuerdo a lo que pude observar son comunes en esta área, además son de gran tamaño e ideales para refrescarse y aprovechar la sombra que ofrecen estos amigos verdes.
Me gustó el recorrido por la caminería de concreto, la vista desde este punto es muy bonita se ven los árboles ubicados en la orilla de la playa 🏖️ formando un hermoso y agradable paisaje, para aprovechar mi visita al máximo me senté en las rocas a contemplar el paisaje, disfrutar la brisa y el sonido de las olas, el cual me encanta, fue relajante y perfecto desconectarse de la agitada vida en la ciudad y recargar energía para continuar el recorrido por esta hermosa ciudad de la Península de Paria, en el punto más alto se observa una panorámica de la entrada a Carúpano, las montañas, parte de la bahía y el hermoso mar azul, es uno de mis paisajes favoritos, pudiese pasar muchas horas en esa zona, sencillamente contemplando el paisaje y disfrutando las pequeñas gotas de agua que salpican en la piel, luego de mi recorrido por esta encantadora cinta costera me dirigí hacia otra zona de la ciudad.

There's nothing quite like the sound of waves crashing on the rocks to recharge your energy. 🌊 It sounds like you had a perfectly relaxing morning disconnected from the busy city life.
