RE: Witnessing Historic Buildings, Semarang Tawang Station

I was surprised to learn that the station was built on a marsh. At first, I thought about the danger of flooding, but when I saw that pond or artificial lake, I realised that they had thought of everything. What's more, the station is in magnificent condition after 100 years.

I love its European style, and the photos you've shared of the interior show it perfectly, with that dome and the decorated ceilings. It's of real historical importance to the area and is very beautiful, blending in with the surrounding buildings. Thank you for sharing this architectural beauty with us. Hugs!
