Officiating Basketball Games in the Beautiful Location of Valle Verde Residential Estate in Lapu-Lapu City
Greetings to all hivers in this community .
Today I would like share my experience in officiating basketball in one of the nice basketball court and a very peaceful residential estate in Lapu-Lapu City ,the valle Verde .
Valle Verde Mactan Residential Estates is situated beside Marcelo Fernan Bridge , the second bridge built during the reigned of President Joseph Estrada. This residential estate has a lot area of 5.3 hectares . Inside the area there are lot of mango trees that bear many fruits and the indoor basketball court which is also their function hall.
Its location is very strategic since, it is closed to sea, bridge , malls , and only 2.5 km away from Mactan International Airport .
The basketball floor is made of maple hardwood with plywood as subfloor. The location of their indoor court is very nice because it is near to the sea across Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue City , and near to it is the Marcelo Fernand Bridge that connects Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue.
At the entrance gate of Valle Verde , it is very near in the foot of the bridge in which under the bridge is the mini Plaza closed to the coastal area in which residents are doing their routine exercises like walking and jogging and others can do swimming.
While I was inside the basketball court, It can't stop me to take some pictures of the stunning views of the sea and the bridge .
On the ground of Valle Verde, you can absorbed fresh air from multiple trees and enjoy looking views of sea and the bridge and watching ships that passed by the sea beside the Lapu-Lapu mainland .
One thing that made me wonder is that inside the residential estate , there are only very few residents . Then I asked questions about it ,it's because of the high price of the lot . The lot is cut into 150 sqm and its prices accordingly is roughly 30,800 , 32,250 to 46,000 per sqm depending on the location of the lot. So the lot prices is very expensive due to its nice location .
But once you owned the lot , it is very worth it due to its nice location.

Good job!, I also do this kind of handling a basketball league. I enjoyed it before during my single days. Good thing they have nice basketball court there in LAPU-LAPU. We are now many here on hive from Cebu.
