Una noche mágica en la Bahía de Pampatar/ Magical night in Pampatar Bay🍕🌅

Hello gente, qué tal estuvo su fin de semana? Por aquí bastante bien ya que el clima lluvioso se mantuvo durante todo el fin de semana y ese fue motivo suficiente para tenerme más que feliz, así que aproveché de comer rico, terminé de ver la segunda temporada de Pachinko (un k-drama) y estuve creando algunas cositas, así que en pocas palabras fue un finde tranquilo en casa.

Para hoy quise traerles algo diferente a recetas y manualidades, así que decidí regalarles algunas fotitos hermosas de lo que fue una noche mágica en la Bahía de Pampatar en nuestra bella Isla de Margarita, y esto fue precisamente el 22 de Mayo pasado, cuando estuvimos celebrando la Global Pizza Party 2026, y aunque el evento estuvo increíble, lo que realmente me cautivó fue el paisaje increíble que teníamos justo delante de nuestros ojos.

Hello everyone, how was your weekend? It was pretty good over here, as the rainy weather stuck around all weekend – and that was reason enough to keep me more than happy. So I made the most of it by enjoying some lovely food, finishing the second season of Pachinko (a K-drama) and pottering about making a few bits and bobs. In short, it was a quiet weekend at home.

Today I wanted to bring you something a bit different from recipes and crafts, so I decided to share some lovely photos of what was a magical night at Pampatar Bay on our beautiful Isla de Margarita. This was on 22 May, when we were celebrating the Global Pizza Party 2026, and although the event was incredible, what really captivated me was the stunning scenery right before our eyes.

Como les conté hace unas semanas, el evento fue en las instalaciones de Uvas Beach, un rincón increíble ubicado en el municipio Maneiro, y para los que no son de la isla, los invito a imaginarse una playa de aguas tranquilas, donde las olas apenas susurran al tocar la orilla. En pocas palabras, el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la majestuosidad de la naturaleza.

Y les cuento que aunque todos estábamos ahí por el evento que prometía ser grandioso (y lo fue), el verdadero espectáculo comenzó justo antes de que cayera la noche, y es que al mirar hacia arriba y ver las siluetas de las palmeras inclinadas por el viento era imposible pensar en otra cosa, más que en la bendición de poder vivir en este paraíso.

Como se podrán imaginar la puesta de sol fue uno de los momentos que acaparó la atención de todos, y podías ver como las personas que estaban en el evento aprovecharon la oportunidad de capturar la transición de la tarde a la noche y ese degradé perfecto de tonos rosados, naranjas pasteles y azules profundos que nos regala el hermoso cielo de la perla del caribe.

As I told you a few weeks ago, the event took place at Uvas Beach, an incredible spot in the municipality of Maneiro, and for those of you who aren’t from the island, I invite you to imagine a beach with calm waters, where the waves barely whisper as they lap the shore. In short, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the majesty of nature.

And I’ll tell you that although we were all there for the event that promised to be spectacular (and it was), the real spectacle began just before night fell; for when you looked up and saw the silhouettes of the palm trees swaying in the wind, it was impossible to think of anything else but the blessing of being able to live in this paradise.

As you can imagine, the sunset was one of the moments that captured everyone’s attention, and you could see how those at the event seized the opportunity to capture the transition from afternoon to night and that perfect gradient of pink, pastel orange and deep blue hues that the beautiful sky of the Pearl of the Caribbean bestows upon us.

A medida que el sol se fue ocultando, el ambiente se transformó por completo. Las luces de los diferentes locales que aún se encontraban abiertos y los reflectores que comenzaron a encenderse sobre la arena crearon una atmósfera completamente mágica, con una vibra totalmente diferente a la que se respiraba horas atrás.

Pero sin dudas lo más lindo de toda la experiencia fue ver cómo los asistentes al evento conectaban con la playa y no pararon de tomar fotitos junto al imponente escenario que nos regalaba la Bahía de Pampatar esa noche, y es que ver la silueta urbana iluminada de Pampatar al fondo y verla reflejada en la inmensidad del mar, mientras compartíamos todos juntos, nos recordó lo afortunados que somos de vivir en este lugar.

As the sun began to set, the atmosphere changed completely. The lights from the various venues that were still open and the spotlights that began to shine across the sand created a truly magical atmosphere, with a vibe that was completely different from the one just a few hours earlier.

But without a doubt, the best part of the whole experience was seeing how those attending the event connected with the beach and couldn’t stop taking photos against the stunning backdrop that Pampatar Bay provided that night. Seeing the illuminated urban skyline of Pampatar in the background, reflected in the vastness of the sea, whilst we were all together, reminded us just how lucky we are to live in this place.

Estando ahí no pude dejar de lamentar el hecho de vivir bastante alejada de Pampatar como para disfrutar seguido de momentos como ese, porque sin lugar a dudas, Pampatar tiene una energía nocturna especial, así que si estás en la isla, y la tienes cerca, por favor, disfruta por tí y por mí.

While I was there, I couldn’t help but regret living far enough away from Pampatar to enjoy moments like that very often, because without a doubt, Pampatar has a special nightlife vibe, so if you’re on the island and it’s within easy reach, please do enjoy it – for both of us.
