Yo muy bien, ya comenzando con exámenes en el liceo, así que sin mucho tiempo para venir a mi blog, pero quise pasar porque hace tiempo que tenía estas fotos para mi post cuando hicieron la iniciativa de tu lugar favorito en margarita y al final no lo hice, y es del Castillo San Carlos de Borromeo

I'm doing very well, already starting exams at high school, so I don't have much time to come to my blog, but I wanted to stop by because I've had these photos for my post for a while, when you did the initiative about your favorite place in Margarita, and in the end I didn't do it, and it's the Castillo San Carlos de Borromeo.

Este es uno de varios castillos que están en Margarita, éste está en el Municipio Maneiro justo en el frente de la bahía de Pampatar y tiene muchísimos años ahí, es más lo construyeron según Google en 1684 y se demoraron 20 años en hacerlo, y es un lugar al que siempre hemos con mi familia desde que estamos muy chiquitos y también es a donde llevamos a los familiares que vienen de vacaciones.

Este castillo es bastante grande, tiene hasta un puente levadizo de madera que es por donde caminamos para entrar al castillo y debajo hay como una fosa que yo me imagino antes se llenaba de agua o las tenían para cuando levantaran la puerta y cerraran no pudiera entrar nadie.

This is one of several castles in Margarita. It is located in the municipality of Maneiro, right in front of Pampatar Bay, and has been there for many years. According to Google, it was built in 1684 and took 20 years to complete. It is a place my family and I have always visited since we were very young, and it is also where we take relatives who come on vacation.

This castle is quite large. It even has a wooden drawbridge that we walk across to enter the castle, and underneath there is a moat that I imagine used to be filled with water or was used to prevent anyone from entering when the gate was raised and closed.

Aunque tiene tantos años el castillo está bien cuidado, es de rocas y tiene muchas cosas antiguas dentro que tienen que ver con la guerra de independencia, hay pinturas de varios héroes, también hay armas, mapas y muchas cosas más que son muy antiguas.

El castillo también tiene unas torres en las esquinas de la parte de arriba y desde ahí se ven casi que todas las playas de pampatar y los hoteles, y también se puede ver la plaza y la alcaldía y otras cosas están por ahí en los alrededores. Es una vista bien bonita de la playa y también del pueblo que también es bonito porque tiene muchas casas de época.

Although the castle is very old, it is well maintained. It is made of rock and contains many ancient artifacts related to the War of Independence, including paintings of various heroes, weapons, maps, and many other very old items.

The castle also has towers at the corners of the upper part, and from there you can see almost all the beaches of Pampatar and the hotels, as well as the square, the town hall, and other things in the surrounding area. It is a very beautiful view of the beach and also of the town, which is also beautiful because it has many period houses.

A veces hay unos guías que le van explicando a los turistas la historia del castillo y todo lo que pasó ahí, porque ese castillo lo atacaron los piratas varias veces y también estuvieron muchos héroes de la independencia y es parte de la historia del país, por eso siempre van muchos turistas a visitarlo.

Algo que me gusta es que ahora prestan algunas cosas para que te tomes fotos como algunas armas antiguas y también cuándo es temporada hacen como un teatro bien gracioso por donde está el pozo.

Sometimes there are guides who explain the history of the castle and everything that happened there to tourists, because that castle was attacked by pirates several times and many heroes of independence were also there, and it is part of the country's history, which is why many tourists always visit it.

Something I like is that now they lend you some things to take pictures with, such as some antique weapons, and also, when it's the season, they put on a really funny play by the well.

Este es un lugar que me gusta mucho y siempre que podemos entramos porque a veces hay cosas nuevas, igual aunque no haya es muy bonito, más que todo la vista que hay. Yo creo que todos los que viven en margarita han ido una o varias veces. Yo voy todos los años con mi familia más que todo cuanto son vacaciones.

Y bueno amigos, estas son algunas fotos que tenía desde hace tiempo y unas de una vez que fuimos con Hive Margatita, pero ya he crecido bastante desde esa vez.

This is a place I really like, and we go there whenever we can because sometimes there are new things to see. Even if there isn't, it's still very beautiful, especially the view. I think everyone who lives in Margarita has been there once or several times. I go every year with my family, especially during the holidays.
