Wednesday walk from Thessaloniki

My Wednesday walk today is from the city of Thessaloniki.

In the late afternoon, with friends we took a long walk along the promenade.

I saw the historical landmark White Tower.

We walked to the impressive monument of Alexander the Great.

My favorite place was the art installation with transparent umbrellas. There were fountains around it and the place was very interesting.

Tourist boats were floating around.

We also walked along the central streets of the city. There were many restaurants, shops, tall buildings and many people.

Our walk continued until sunset.
