As every week, I am delighted to be with you again to share a little bit of my day, participate in the wonderful initiative of my friend @tattoodjay, and show you one of my walks around this island that I love so much.
My walk began very early in the morning. As soon as I left the house, I was greeted by splendid weather: clear skies, the colors of dawn painting the landscape with a light that made everything look even more beautiful. Those moments make me feel very good and comfortable every morning. As a nature lover, I deeply enjoy every green corner, every mountain in the distance, every reflection of the sun on the sea, the clouds in the sky, in short, everything natural. If I could, I would devote my entire days to contemplating the natural beauty that surrounds me. But as we all know, in real life there are responsibilities, bills to pay, and commitments to attend to. So those moments of connection with nature become little gifts that I enjoy as I go from place to place fulfilling my duties.

Como cada semana, me llena de alegría estar nuevamente con ustedes para compartir un pedacito de mi día, participar en la hermosa iniciativa del amigo @tattoodjay y mostrarles uno de mis recorridos por esta isla que tanto amo.
Mi paseo comenzó muy temprano en la mañana. Apenas salí de casa, me recibió un clima espléndido: el cielo despejado, los colores del amanecer pintando los paisajes con una luz que hacía que todo se viera aún más hermoso. Esos momentos me hacen sentir muy bien y cómoda cada mañana. Como amante de la naturaleza, disfruto profundamente cada rincón verde, cada montaña a lo lejos, cada reflejo del sol sobre el mar, las nubes en el cielo, en fin todo lo natural. Si pudiera, dedicaría mis días enteros a contemplar la belleza natural que me rodea. Pero como bien sabemos, en la vida real hay responsabilidades, cuentas por pagar y compromisos que atender. Así que esos instantes de conexión con la naturaleza se convierten en pequeños regalos que disfruto mientras voy de un lugar a otro cumpliendo con mis labores.
That day, while admiring the scenery along the way, I arrived at my first destination: the Sunsol Unik hotel. There, I had my work routine scheduled, which consists of measuring water parameters (chlorine, pH, TDS) to ensure that everything is within the appropriate ranges so that proper disinfection and chlorination can be carried out. This process is essential to guarantee the safety and well-being of guests. Fortunately, everything went perfectly, which gave both me and the hotel staff peace of mind. It's rewarding when the work flows smoothly.
Ese día, mientras admiraba el paisaje durante el trayecto, llegué a mi primer destino; el hotel Sunsol Unik. Allí tenía programada mi rutina laboral, que consiste en medir los parámetros del agua (cloro, pH, TDS) para asegurar que todo esté dentro de los rangos adecuados y así poder realizar una desinfección y cloración correctas. Este proceso es fundamental para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes. Por fortuna, todo salió perfectamente, lo que nos dio tranquilidad tanto a mí como al personal del hotel. Es gratificante cuando el trabajo fluye sin contratiempos.
With that first task accomplished, we continued on our way to the city. We had an important meeting at Corposalud, as we have to renew our health permits in March. We like to do things ahead of time, without rushing or setbacks, because when you plan ahead, everything flows better. It also gives me great satisfaction to know that the company is up to date with its obligations. That speaks well of our commitment and seriousness about the service we offer.
On the way to the city, we continued to enjoy the views. This island has the ability to surprise me every day; between the urban and the natural, postcard images are drawn. It is a privilege to be able to live and work in a place like this.
Con esa primera tarea cumplida, continuamos nuestro camino hacia la ciudad. Teníamos una reunión importante en Corposalud, ya que en marzo debemos renovar nuestros permisos sanitarios. Nos gusta hacer las cosas con tiempo, sin apuros ni contratiempos, porque cuando se actúa con previsión, todo fluye mejor. Además, me da mucha satisfacción saber que la empresa está al día con sus obligaciones. Eso habla bien de nuestro compromiso y seriedad con el servicio que ofrecemos.
Durante el trayecto hacia la ciudad, seguimos disfrutando de las vistas. Esta isla tiene la capacidad de sorprenderme cada día; entre lo urbano y lo natural, se dibujan postales. Es un privilegio poder vivir y trabajar en un lugar así.
After the meeting, we took the opportunity to run some errands. We visited several stores looking for some nuts we needed for a pending job. And as often happens when you're out and about doing that kind of thing, we also found some bronze handles with their matching screws at an excellent price. We didn't think twice and bought them, because you always need them at home and it never hurts to have spares on hand.
Después de la reunión, aprovechamos para hacer algunas diligencias. Visitamos varios locales en busca de unas tuercas que necesitábamos para un trabajo pendiente. Y como suele pasar cuando uno anda en esas vueltas, también encontramos unas agarraderas de bronce con sus respectivos tornillos a un precio excelente. No lo pensamos dos veces y las compramos, porque en casa siempre hacen falta y nunca está de más tener repuestos a mano.
With all our tasks completed and our shopping done, we returned home. It was a long day, full of activities, but also very productive. We arrived tired, yes, but with the satisfaction of having made good use of our time and accomplished every goal.

Ya con todas las tareas cumplidas y las compras hechas, regresamos a casa. Fue un día largo, lleno de actividades, pero también muy productivo. Llegamos cansados, sí, pero con la satisfacción de haber aprovechado bien el tiempo y de haber cumplido con cada objetivo.
