It was a year ago, during my trip from Poland to Turkey by my own car. Yesterday, while looking through old photos, I remembered this walk and decided to join the #WednesdayWalk initiative by @tattoodjay to preserve my memories. We spent three days in the city of Burgas, settling in a cozy apartment that I didn't want to leave. From the window, you could see two-story houses and yellow autumn leaves that decorated the imperfect asphalt of the Bulgarian city. My Mazda didn't fit in the makeshift garage. It was funny :)

I wanted to see the face of Burgas, so I took my youngest daughter @darine.darine, and despite the cold weather, we went for a walk. I had heard a lot about this famous city in Bulgaria, which I visited for the first time while passing through...

We left the house and on the fence of our "garage" we saw an amazing insect, like a sleeping enchanted princess!

First we saw a beautiful building with a tall tower. It said: "ะะ ะะะ ะ ะะฃะ ะะะก". An unknown word. The Bulgarian language is written in Cyrillic, like Ukrainian and Russian.
Bulgarian is a bit like Russian. So many words are familiar to me, but here I guessed that it was a train station, because there were tracks with trains behind it.

We enjoyed the beautiful orange sunset and then asked people how to get to the sea.

It wasn't too far, so we walked along the beautiful historic buildings.
My attention was drawn to a luxurious house. Apparently a wealthy merchant was the owner.

Burgas combines different styles, from the luxurious styles of pre-revolutionary Europe to the primitive buildings of the Soviet era. I try to focus my attention on beautiful things to have a good memory of any place I visit.

We passed another beautiful house with sculptural ornaments around the windows and a round dome.

The multifaceted tower with round porthole windows and a metal roof looked beautiful against the evening sky, where the moon was clearly visible.

We really enjoyed walking around this peaceful, flat seaside town. A few minutes later we were on the waterfront.

Despite the fact that there was no beautiful embankment here. Just concrete slabs, I still took a few photos of the ships against the evening sky and sunset.

Our memory has a beautiful property of remembering only good things.

On our way home, we walked through other streets and I found some very unique fish sculptures on the central avenue.

These fish were made of concrete, decorated with colorful ceramic tiles, and looked very cheerful among the majestic monumental architecture. It left a good memory of our evening walk in Bulgaria. I hope you enjoyed it with us.
Thank you for your visit โฅ๏ธ
