When I have visited Kotor for my honeymoon i was in love of this city ( and the cats) I heard of Perast but I don't have enough time for visiting it ( we where on a cruise trip with few hours for visiting any place) shame on my now I regret to didn't have enough time for visiting this place

Don't regret it. The cruise ship trip from Kotor was enough of an impression for your honeymoon 😀
I also went by cruise ship from Kotor, and for this tour of Boka, you need a car and a lot of time for sightseeing and enjoyment.
