If the #Ecency team has at least one (in-house, full-time) community manager who at least tries to reply to any (non-bot) comment on the official Ecency Hive account, then fixing such technical issues that involve engagement would be gradually pushed higher on the list of priorities to do !INDEED. π§ββοΈπ€―π€
