Do you mean that Epic and Legendary GEM crafting licenses on your PEPE frog card battle game is already available and working for those who have enough VOLTs to buy them? 💸😅 !PIZZA
I suggest that a frog player buying the Legendary GEM crafting license will also get the Rare and Epic licenses (if they haven't bought them yet). 🐸 !HOPE

Epic GEM crafting licenses are implemented and working for the GMs to test it, but not the Lego. They can't be bought yet.
Rare crafting licenses are unlimited; everyone can buy one.
Epic and Legendary GEM crafting licenses will be in limited supply so that owners will not have much competition when selling their produce.
That's why these licenses can't be bought yet. It is tbd how many of these licenses will be available in total.
I suggest they get those licenses too, by buying them. That way they will be able to create the intermediate GEMs that need to be combined into the rarer GEMs. However, they can save initial money by not buying the lower licenses and then they can just buy the GEMs they need to combine with the rarer licenses from the Market. Also, the Rare license is needed to do the newer Adventures so some people will probably buy them just to do that, and make their own GEMs, and may or may not craft GEMs to sell them.
We'll see what happens as all this comes online.
Some other things coming, "soon" - new packs will be priced lower than the 500 VOLTs they go for now; that price is too high. Also rewards of packs for getting on monthly XP leaders board at the end of each month. Probably 7 for first place, 4 for second, 2 for third, 1 for everyone else.
