Today, on January 7, 2026, I went to Beachwalk and chose to sit and order a matcha at Expat coffee shop on the 3rd floor. I chose Expat because the place is comfortable and suitable for me as a digital nomad worker.

The matcha price, including service tax, was a total of 43,000 rupiah. I sat there for about 3 hours, and people from various countries came to Expat some to read books, some to work, and others to order coffee for takeaway.

While I was working, I was also waiting for my friend from the Philippines to arrive. She said she would be a bit late due to traffic, even though the distance between us was only 2 kilometers. However, the rainy weather made it difficult to get an online taxi.

I really enjoyed the Expat coffee shop, and this was my first time visiting this place.
