I think Swaziland has their own rules. In the video they explain, why the police tolerates it...
I am sure some people grow in the same way in Nigeria. They just have to keep it low-key.
edit: If you want to educate yourself further, the Strain Hunters from the youtube channel above are a good source of information. Also a very good seed company. Probably the best.

Oh, I didn't know it was a video. I'm using the Ecency frontend and it just looked like a picture. Now I've clicked on it, it's such a long video I'll check it out later. Thanks for all the info, even these Strain Hunters might come in handy for me later.
