You'd need:
- good lamps (special LED tech recommended)
- stable electricity (day and night cycles have to be CLEAN)
- good strong ventilation
- odor filter equipment or the whole neighborhood smells
- proper fertilizer knowledge (university level expert)
If you can control all conditions well you have the best chance of producing high value crop.
However, in Nigeria, given the many hours of sunlight and heat, you could probably produce something about as good outdoors, with minimal investment.
You would need irrigation, the right seeds for the conditions and patience.
And you would need to bribe all the police around 🤣
