As the farm activity is still going on, we have much to do one step at a time. It is becoming official now that the rain is coming up frequently now this means a very positive note to farmers at this point in time. When you have constant rainfall it always increase more motive and more inspiration to farmers who are already into work. And for those who are already thinking of getting started it is never too late. When you think or dream about it you must also get into work so that the dreams we also become reality within a short period of time. For every rainfall you need to constantly check on your crop and it reviews that you must first and foremost be active. When a farmer is called a farmer but in one way or the other you are not physically present in your farm then I call it inactive.

This inactive does not mean that all possible work is not being carried out by other people but the fact that you as a farmer you are not physically present to monitor beyond what other people that are being paid for can do, then you need to get into work and need to reschedule your table and time. I believe in other procedures on the farm as well when you hire laborer to work for you. I am not disputing this fact but also the believe I have with the practical knowledge I also gained so many years ago you need to be practically and physically present so that you will be able to get through so many practical explainment. Although we have different ways of handling career and businesses but that is my belief. We did a lot of manual clearly of the agricultural Farmland which also as increased my positive mode to plant more seeds. These are the pictures I took while the farm activity was going on.

• For every agricultural Farmland you must project if your agricultural Farmland is still healthy for planting. Most people jump into a simple conclusion mere saying the agricultural Farmland alone. This has to be beyond that. And that is why we have different types of plant growth as soon as the seed germinates.

The use of manual labor is common here in west African Nigeria because of the nature of the agricultural Farmland. Although some people actually use machine to operate but just few. I also have series of friends that are into agriculture but deal mainly on manual labor and manual tools.

It is not easy to secure a very large hectares of land because most of them are not very suitable for farming but building and constructing of houses and companies. So if you want to secure a very good and healthy fertile agricultural Farmland you must move into the woods, villages that are not really exposed to so many civilized constructions.
